Amazing. I have neck pain constantly. I have used all kinds of pillows that are supposed to help with the neck pain so I can sleep. None of them worked because they did not fit me. It is definitely not a one size fits all solution with neck pillows. These feather down work beautifully. They adjust to me. I have been getting the best sleep and waking up pain free. Less issues with my neck during the day as well. My husband also finds them much more comfortable than the standard pillows he used. I will not go back to the other pillows again.

I've had this pillow for a week now. The first few days were a dream. It was soft but still supported my head. These past few days however, the pillow is flat as a pancake within 30 seconds of laying my head on it. I have to fold it in half to get any support. I've woken up with neck pain the last two days. Having said that, it fluffs up beautifully. Every morning it only takes a few pats and slight shaking to get it full and puffy again, like a cloud. It amazes me how easy it is to fluff it back up from pancake. It looks beautiful on a made bed. Bottom line, this might be a good pillow for back or stomach sleepers, but not for side sleepers like me. I wish I would have gotten one of the overstuffed, too firm pillows that other reviewers described. UPDATE: I've now been using the pillow for 7 weeks. I have given it one more star (up from 3 Stars) because somehow my pillow has fixed itself. It no longer flattens (completely) to a pancake when I lay my head on it. I don't have to fold it to get support, and I don't have neck pain when I wake up. I fluffed it every day, so maybe that helped? (And for those wondering, I did also leave it alone for 48 hours after taking it out of the vacuum bag.) It still fluffs up like a cloud. I did not give it a full 5 Stars because I still wish it had a little more support/more filling. I still think this would be a better pillow for those who like a flatter sort of pillow.

This is a really nice quality pillow with a very reasonable price. I tried more expensive pillows before and had to returned it. Lots of memory form pillows look nicer but not functional enough. I am a back sleeper and always slide down from the memory foam pillow at night so my neck will be in the air in the morning which create a lot of neck pain. This pillow is different. It supports my neck naturally and improved a lot of sleeping quality. I am going to buy another one. This pillow is the one I will definitely recommend.

This pillow has a "Honeymoon" Phase! For the first week, I thought I’d finally found "the one". After following the care instructions and giving it a good fluff, this pillow felt like a dream. It was incredibly soft, felt premium, and provided that perfect balance of head and neck support that side and back sleepers crave. I was ready to write a five-star love letter to this thing. The honeymoon ended fast. Within just one week, the luxury disappeared.. The feathers condensed rapidly and what started as a supportive, lofty pillow turned into a thin, sad pancake. And within a month or two of use, this pillow started to double as an acupuncture device! The feathers started poking through the case constantly and I’m not talking about a stray fluff here and there; I’m talking about sharp quills stabbing my neck and head throughout the night. When I originally purchased this, I am almost certain that the Amazon listing explicitly advertised a "tightly woven cover" specifically designed to prevent feathers from poking through. Fast forward a couple of months, and I noticed that specific claim seems to have vanished from the description. I suspect the manufacturer realized the cover was failing and just scrubbed the advertising of this feature instead of fixing the product. I’ve struggled with this pillow for a few months, hoping it would improve or that I could "fluff" the life back into it, but I’ve finally had enough. Since I’m outside the return window, this "luxury" purchase just went straight into the trash within 3 months of use. Do not let the initial softness fool you. Save your money, your time, and your sleep. This pillow is a literal pain in the neck and I recommend you just avoid it

Absolutely wonderful. I was having alot of neck pain with the regular pillows I was buying. And now with the down pillows my neck feels great. I highly recommend them.

Good, cost effective, but smelly. Washed it twice but only after a good long ventilation the smell went away…

This is not a feather pillow, it is a normal fibre pillow and the quality is also cheap not worth the price…very basic 200 INR pillow…not at all worth 1800 INR

Hello there as you may all know the pillow I just purchased has an unpleasant smell. You can not even sleep on it and it made me bedroom stink. The pillow smells of wet chicken/goose. The good thing the pillow is soft but it smells.
