Does it work on wet line please

Hi I myself suffer from wet eyeliner and I find this lasts very well. Easily applied to. I’ve tried loads of different ones and brands and most after a few minutes of being on make me look like I’ve been crying. This one thankfully doesn’t. Hope this helps answer your question xx
