Great brush for fur
Love that I can do fine brushstrokes. Gave it a 4 because I wish the hand was longer.

Days late, damaged and BAD customer service
I just got an email reply from Princeton, trying to pass blame for them not protecting their brushes on Amazon (even though it's on plastic and it's missing the plastic straw that protects the bristles)... Telling me I need to contact them for a replacement. They are all bent up, like a ridged potato chip. So my issue, is that Amazon includes the email address and phone for issues right on the page with your order confirmation. When Princeton emailed me back, they immediately were brushing me off (no pun intended), and did not even apologize for the issue! I have had other manufacturers have to replace something that arrived broken and I've never dealt with this kind of reply. Mostly, they are happy to replace something that was damaged at the start. Not happy at all!!! I replied to the email with my disgust about their replyand depending on how they respond, I may have to post the screenshots to prove just how much it seems like they don't care. Also, if you have a partnership with Amazon, why are you throwing them under the bus, instead of trying to provide the best customer experience you can, to strengthen that partnership and create trust in your customers??!! I'm so annoyed, I'm trying to keep myself from impulsively throwing out every single one of my Princeton brushes, on principle, that they just don't care. All over a $7 brush.Which they didn't even offer to refund. They told me to contact Amazon. But I do not want my money back, I want the brush I ordered!Maybe the person who answered my email was just having a bad day, but seriously it's a bad reflection of the company.... And top start am email reply with "this is Amazon's fault" is unprofessional and a complete turn off.

Received deformed bristles
I know this isn't the most expensive brush out there but I was expecting it to be true to its shape, as this is its bare function. Very disappointed upon opening package.

Returned
It's just a poor quality brush. This brand makes good brushes but this line just doesn't do it for fine watercolor. It would work fine for acrylic.

Poor shipping results in frayed bristles
Love this brand of brushes, they are amazing - unless they arrive with bristles that are bent out of shape, defeating the point in buying new brushes in the first place. No crisp edge of new bristles that a new dagger bristle brush should provide. Perhaps seller could invest in small basic plastic bristle covers like they have in so many art shops, that would solve this
