I'm not your typical coffee drinker but I bought this for a friend who likes to grind his own beans as a birthday gift. I asked him what he thought so I could write this review accordingly. He prefers beans from where I think most coffee comes from, South America. I was trying to find something on the more affordable side that didn't compromise on flavor. So far as I can tell, this one fits the bill quite well. My friend was very satisfied with the taste of these beans. I didn't get any big "wow" factor from his response so I'm guessing they aren't particularly special in any way. He did say that it was flavorful and not at all bitter. He said that the beans seemed to be fresh to him and the aroma from brewing them was pleasant to smell. He's not super picky but he does prefer freshness, as I'm sure most coffee drinkers do. I asked him if he would consider purchasing this brand of coffee again and he said it was primarily dependant upon the cost. I told him how much this bag cost me and he said sure, he would buy them again. I found it somewhat difficult to find an unflavored bean which my friend also prefers so if you're looking for an affordable, fresh, and unflavored coffee bean, I'd say you found it.

I love this coffee. I have always gotten it at my local TJ, Marshalls or HG but they haven't had it in months. I was panicking. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. It is the best coffee and all I have used for years now. Smooth, not acidic and just an enjoyable cup of flavor. I hope that my stores locally carry it again, as it was alot less expensive that way. But until then, I'll keep ordering it from Amazon.

Tastes fantastic! Medium roast is hearty and not bitter. Easy drinker! Excellent packaging and delivery! Have been buying it for years! GREAT SELLER!!!

Good and rich flavor, though sharp and somewhat acidic.

Strong, aromatic and delicious. Preparing method Moka pot. Drink it twice a day. Would buy again.
