It worked some of the time, but not other times. The same code would fail for no reason and with short term renters trying to open the box and access the key I need to be able to trust the lockbox to work. The app is terrible and I’m extremely disappointed. I had to buy another one that will work so I bought a Masterlock combination lock that I can trust.

I decided to use this in the house for extra cash rather than fur a key outdoors. I like that it's a safe but it doesn't necessarily look like one. A safe that keeps ijs like a safe is a target. This is quick and easy to use. I really like the fingerprint unlock feature. It makes things quite easy. This is a great quality little lock box. Definitely solved a problem for me.

The only thing i would add is a wifi bridge so you can add codes from any where and not have to be within blluetooth range

The media could not be loaded. Worked fine for 4 months and then stopped locking. It does not allow you to add/manage codes unless you are standing next to the device but I had read the reviews and knew this before buying and that was ok with me. But now it won’t lock shut after 4 months. It’s outside Amazon’s return window and I cannot find another way to return under warranty or get in contact with anyone so I’ll just be tossing 50 bucks in the trash. This is when I remind myself it’s safer and better to go non-electronic on little things like this or spend a bit more to buy locally so you can actually talk to someone if it breaks.

All metal, which is nice, but not at all sealed, so no water proofing. You could probably hack something together with some silicone to keep water out, but seems like kind of a miss for something that's going to likely be mounted outdoors.The smart life app works fine with it, pretty simple. The fingerprint reader works too, but doesn't appear to hold its fingerprint memory when batteries are removed. Maybe I did something wrong, I don't know, but something to keep in mind. Works great with USB-C, but it's at the front just under the reader, so a bit awkward to place your finger and again, if the memory is cleared if it runs out of battery, you have to have the app to open it. Kind of dodgy.

Love this. Saved me so much money.
