EDIT!! This machine is great, I was using it wrong, it doesn't state in the instructions you can only go over the skin ONCE!! With this, I went over the same patch like 3 times that's on me, now it's healed iv watched a few videos on YouTube and tried again and it's fantastic actually, will definitely be keeping now Original review. This somehow took my actual skin off and has left me in absolute agony while at the same time left hairs behind!! Not sure if mines fault or not because the wax was literally a liquid but the head still wasn't rolling with ease and it stuck against my skin and ripped half of it off. Safe to say I won't ever touch this again

Garbage. The roller is nice and loose until the wax is heated then it goes solid and doesn't roll. I'll try another brand of cartridge but the ones which came with it are in the bin. Also, if you use it with the lead plugged in your fingers keep turning the thing off. Terrible

The heater works great and the wax was warm very quickly. Good strips (although a bit thick) but I used the same one multiple times without problems on my legs. I found the wax a bit difficult for underarms, very sticky and didn’t come out of the roller very easily. It worked though and I am happy with the result. I am nervous about the next time I’ll use it because the wax is all over the roller and fear it will be hard to melt it, but will see!

It’s nice but a fell pain

I don't know why people left bad reviews. This works wonderfully. I waxed both of my legs and the wax was still running after 10 minutes. It heats up after like 15-20 but that's normal. If it's your first time you need to watch videos because you can seriously damage your skin. I've been going to salon for over ten years so I already knew how to use it. The wax itself is also good quality. 10/10 Also if you run out of the wipes just use coconut oil. Does a better job

I don't think I like it, honestly. It leaves tons of residue on my skin that is close to impossible to get off. And it turns out that I'm allergic, so at least it helped me discover a new allergy, I guess. For me, the only positive is that I get to use it on my mother.

Do not purchase, it burnt my arm pit skin badly. My skin was left red, sore and painful to heal for a week, I couldn't even close my arms as it hurt.

I cannot speak highly enough about this product!! Very handy, straightforward, tidy, and sturdy!! I really hope it lasts. I am in desperate need to say goodbye to the razor blade. Only thing ladies, the wax does finish farely quickly. I used almost one: for legs and not all thighs and underarms (sort of).

I wanted a waxing kit primarily for my nose (don't judge) and this one seemed to fit the bill. It comes with several packets of wax beads in varying colors and mild scents. The photo shows the heated "bucket" as being full, but you'd have to pour all of the supplied beads to fill it like that. However, each packet is plenty for several uses...unless you're doing an entire leg or something. The display is easy to read and the temperature is easy to adjust. You'll want to increase it to at least 170° to melt the beads, anything lower and you'll be waiting a long time! All in all, it's very nice looking and pretty easy to use.

Works well and quick to warm up with indicator lights when it is ready. The best feature is the price. Give it a try!
