Plackers Grind No More Night Guard (16 Count) and Plackers Twin-Line Dental Flossers (75 Count)

My husband has been grinding ever since I’ve known him11+y) but he says he did as a child. It was always so heartbreaking when I hear it next to me. I constantly wondered whether I should disturb his sleep and wake him… just to tell him there was nothing I could do to help. I bought these for him a few weeks ago and it was the best money I’ve spent in a long time. I don’t hear him grinding anymore. Sometimes, I’ll hear the occasional “chomp” but it is always muffled-sounding because of the guard. I’m happy he has been able to find a balance.

Not having to spend hundreds for a night guard makes these absolutely worth it. And although it says 3 days use each, with proper cleaning, each lasts way longer. 4 stars because its a basic fit.

Love the grind guards but the double strung floss was the dumbest idea ever. Makes it extremely hard to get the hard to reach teeth.

The product you would buy to prevent grinding your teeth, warns you not to use it if you're grinding your teeth. But that's why I bought it? I sent it back and never tried it.

I’m a 6’3” male. These were rather small for me. Not for big mouths.The plaquers were fine though
