Plug and play on Windows 11
I am not sure how it works on a different OS, but for Windows 11, the cable is plug and play and works perfectly. Note that this cable does not fit the data port. Instead, you use it in Ext Speaker Jack 2 to program the radio.

Finalmente ho trovato il cavo per il mio icom 2730 a costo accettabile calcolando che l'originale costa più del doppio.

Good cable for the icom 5100
Works great on my icom 5100 radio. You just have to use the correct port on the radio, not the one depicted in the actual manual. I thought I had the wrong cable, it was the correct one, just the port on the manual picture is wrong. I was able to upload the configuration file with this cable.

Non funziona
Ho acquistato e provato in tutti modi e con più PC questo cavo ma non funziona. Provato con tutti i software. Evitare l'acquisto.
