Battery life ends an otherwise good product
Good: It does make quick work of low-torque applications, and I like how when off, it works as a normal driver, so you can snug in the screw at the end. It is also compatible with the ifixit 64 bit kit, so if you have that, you can use any of those (hex, torx, philips, square, etc) in this flawlessly! It also sits quite well next to my T100 soldering iron in the holder. The "Meh": a little learning curve. The Automatic mode takes some getting used to, and I've lost a few screws to the shop floor because it turned the wrong way. This method is better than having to hit the terribly-placed button, however. What takes away stars: The big downside to this thing is the battery life, which is next to rubbish. Maybe ten minutes, and it's dead. Very, very disappointing in that respect, and turns it into an overpriced and non-ergonomic screwdriver, and has me contemplating a return...

Cool time saver.
This screwdriver is so cool that a few people I work with bought their own after seeing mine. The latest firmware update is helpful because it adds another level of torque control. The screwdriver doesn't have the torque to break screws loose or deal with screws that require a lot of torque in plastic, but do you really want that much torque on tiny screws? If you spend time doing notebook repair or something like that, this will save you hours! The only negative thing I can really say is about the loss of a carrying case, and the rather poor selection of bits they include.

Useless
I was excited by the concept of this screwdriver, and ordered it online. At the end of the day it is more trouble than it is worth. The torque stinks, and the direction it is moving is a gamble. The bits it uses are not standard. You have to put your finger on a button to get it to work, which is positioned in an unfortunate spot.

Easy to use & plays nicely with precision instruments!
Love the ease of use with this little guy, just wish it had the ability to have a bit more torque for some of the larger jobs. I know it's open sourced/configurable, so may be able to change it from there.. Otherwise, extremely happy with it.

Will buy again! MAYBE NOT!!! YEAR UPDATE..
Great device!Been having it for about a year.. not even gone through heavy usage and the screwdriver stopped working, will not come on I've tried different chargers and nothing.. and I've tried getting help to get it fixed but cant get a hold of anyone. i dont mind paying a fair price to get it fixed. but oh well.. dont buy if you're planing to use it in long terms.
