Exceeded Expectations
I absolutely love this tool! I really didn't have great expectations for this. Opened the package and to my surprise:1 - the case was very well made and held the tool and all the attachments great2 - I picked up the tool itself and was impressed by the heft of it. Nicely made and quite substantial.3 - While it took me a while to understand how to use it (manual is horrible) it became clear that this was an amazing tool. Installed aluminum rivets quickly and cut the stem really well. Once I understood how to adjust it to get the rivet stems to easily be removed, it worked flawlessly.4 - I needed to install a rivnut into some aluminum. This also worked flawlessly.I'm really impressed and would recommend this to anyone needing a fast and painless way to install either rivets or rivnuts. The only issue: I can't figure out how to replace the jaws

Best for the price
It works great and comes with 65 pieces of rivet nuts. It's easy to operate, although the instructions were a bit confusing for me, but I managed to do it myself plus the video is very helpful. It's great for projects, very lightweight, and comes with its own carrying box. arrived on time and so far quality wise it’s good for the price.

Gets The Job Done
Right out of the box, this is very impressive tool. The case is attractive, durable and well made, and even has cam-lock latches instead of the typical extruded plastic molding. Hearing the spring activated "clicks" when opening the 21" arms adds to my confidence. Admittedly, it took a couple of hours for me to learn it well enough to install the four M8 rivnuts on my cabinet table saw base, but even with my limited ability, they all installed securely. From what I understand, there are no options at this time for replacement parts or upgrades (other mandrill sizes, etc.), but I am hoping that with time, and some well done YouTube videos explaining how to best use the tool for its various applications, it will do well in the market.

Provides Study Installations
First Impression:Once you open the box, the appearance will make you that you have got the right product since the box is of very high quality thick plastic which is easily 5-6 mm thick. All the components have a proper place to fit in and so everything will be intact even when you move the box in anyway.Tool:The main tool itself is easy to use and without applying too much force (Don't need to apply too much pressure as it might damage the threads or the tool). I used this to fix a rubber piece at the gap beneath the door to avoid insects etc and the experience was good. Rivets got tightly packed with no gap. Towards one end of the door, it was little hard to put the rivet because of space constraint but that that would happen with any such tool as they need some room to operate. Make sure you keep the pivots lightly oiled so that the operation remains smooth.Manual:It doesn't have a one page manual which I find the case with most of the tool. Its a proper booklet detailed instructions in 4 languages (English, German, French and Italian). Instructions are clear with colored pictures included at all places where needed.Warranty:Comes with a 2 year warranty. Supporting a product for any issues for this long proves the confidence seller has in his product.Highlights:Good packaging and sturdy material used for the tool itself (hoping for a long life)Sufficient no of rivet sets to get started withManual is very help for anything that needs to be done with the tool

Great if you don't break any SAE mandrels...
Decent tool that folds out to a much larger size for the nutserts. Was surprised to see it included the tooling for rivets. My other nutsert tool was purchased for a 1 time job and it lasted twice as long as i expected, but this tool seems much sturdy. The instruction booklet is also written out fairly clearly for an overseas made product. Nice tool to add to the collection. I did break a 10-24 mandrel and there is no replacement in their store, only a few metric units. Cannot contact the seller, cannot purchase a replacement mandrel, 1 star. Worth the money to do a few nutserts, but if you break an SAE mandrel, you're big time screwed.

Rivet gun works great!
I bought this rivet gun and am happy it works. It is easy to use and comes with changeable drill bits, which I can use to tackle all kinds of projects. The carrying case is a nice addition. A handy tool to add to my collection at a decent price.

Works But Not Straightforward To Use
Not straightforward, tricky to set up. I bought this soley for using M10 and M12 rivet nuts. Included directions are small, brief and poor. I spent about an hour trying to set the tool up for the first time to drive in an M10. Everyone says do not force the handles so i kept that in mind. Finally through trial and error i discovered you only want to thread on your rivet nut parially leaving a space in the end between the rivet and mandrel tip roughly the thickness of your surface youre driving into. Now my handles were only about 30 degrees apart before reaching the point of compression, but that did the trick and using about 20ft lbs of force they closed, securing the rivet to the frame. Its a fair tool but its not that well built, probably good for occasional use. If you intend to drive a lot of larger media i would recommend something more industrial grade.

It is a very useful tool, just be sure to hold on to the handle tight
It can do blind rivets as well as rivet nuts. The change requires switching the internals of the tool and it takes a minute but overall worth to have it if you don't want to pay for two different tools. The only advice I'll tell you is to hold on to the handle tight before turning the drill. I've already bought one and buying a second one to have it in my to go bag as well
