If you are looking for a good TENS unit at a very affordable price, I would recommend this. I bought one and I have had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Works well, easy to use and really does the job it is supposed to do. I like the fact that you can just plug it in to recharge so no need to fool with batteries. The electrodes are easy to attach, and the settings are easy to navigate and use. Mine was fully charged when I got it, and I have used it quite a bit and still have not had to recharge it yet. I got this one to update the one I have had for like 10 years and I am glad I did. Plus, it uses the same electrode pads I had with my old one, so I didn't have to by any new ones. Even so, those are not that expensive, and you can use them over and over again. Good product for the money.

This tens massager (as you see in the picture) comes with four pages of sticky pads. This equals six square pads and two rectangle pads. There is an elongated direction booklet and a shorter informational one. It comes with a charger chord and the machine itself. There are two chords to plug into the machine with each chord having access to plug into two pads. So you can have four pads working at once. While there are similar tens machines that have a chord that connects to four pads, I rarely have used it before (divided electricity) and one could say it’s nice that this one doesn’t come with it another thing to carry around. Once on the machine works with various settings and strengths. The only downside is that the two chords always work in concert on the same strength level so all four pads are always the same. Other machines provide an option to separate the two chords so two pads can be on a different level of strength than the other two. That being said I still give this five stars for sure and one could say it keeps it simple and easy.In general I highly recommend tens machines. They are small and can help with physical therapy, preventative care, or just self care. They can be worn at various times throughout the day.

Works pretty good I like that there are different size pads wish I could find a way to have them stick better and for longer but would probably have that problem with any tens unit. The different settings are good and it did help me with a my pinched nerve.

OMG this product is Awesome. Had a knot for 3 weeks from several muscle spasms. Used it the day I got it and woke up no knot no pain. Highly recommend!

I really like this tens unit. I must admit I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised to find it to be as easy to use and as powerful as it is in such a tiny package. I have had one of these used on me in physical therapy before and this seems no different than the ones that they were using on me at the time, and I'm sure the devices they were using were much more expensive than this was. I haven't used the second pair simultaneously yet so I'm hoping that you can adjust the two pairs independently of each other. It is very simple to use which is nice. I can't speak to how the battery will hold up going forward. Only time will tell. I have had several surgeries in my ankle and legs and have suffered a bit from upper back, neck, and some minor shoulder pain. I am very happy to say that so far I have used this on my upper back and shoulder and have found it to give me quite a bit of relief from the pain in those specific areas. It doesn't last for days but it certainly helps a lot and who knows maybe after long term continuous use that will change. I have already recommended the device to several people that I know who could benefit from using this. I only have a couple of small complaints. First, the instructions could be more clear. In multiple places on the site page and the manual it mentions that the device is great from relieving neck pain, yet at the same time the manual warns the user against using it on the neck. So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use it to relieve my neck pain. Also I wish the modes were listed as words on the device not the pictures. It would be much easier to use if you could toggle through the modes and just see the name of each one. Thanks. Overall great product with a little room for some improvement.

Works great, especially for the price. Battery lasts awhile and the intensity goes up high for people who need more intense pain relief. Only thing I’d change is adding more sticky pads.

This is the basic of Tens units. Nothing really stands out about it. It has 2 sets of leads but they can not perform separately. The instructions are printed but the font size is so tiny it's extremely hard to read.
