I absolutely love having my items protected with Asurian. The process to submit a claim is super easy you call them and the send you an ups return label via email and you just send the item back and they refund to your Amazon account as a gift card. If you order an item and forget to apply the Asurian protection just give them a call they provide the code for you to put in the search field on your Amazon account and you purchase the protection wait 48 hrs call them and they will apply it to your item not sure if you can do it months after purchase but within the first few days I have done it. Just knowing that your items are protected for a fraction of the cost is so comforting Love love love Asurian!

Asurion is definitely worth it. My son's headphones weren't working properly and we were 1 1/2 years into the 2 year warranty. They had us return the headphones, which was a quick and easy process. Almost immediately I had a refund and ordered another pair with the exact warranty. I will almost always purchase the warranty if offered. Definitely recommend.

Im so disappointed with this protection plan. I've been trying to get this "E gift card" refund since December. It is now the end of April and I still have nothing. I was told to try checking my email on another device so I tried on a computer and STILL there was nothing. I'm over it at this point. Since I was told the only way to receive the refund was with the gift card I guess I just lost out on $69.99. Not a fan right now. I would've given zero stars but I couldn't submit without at least 1 sooooo.
