I want to give an honest review of the product, which should not necessarily be given a lower-rating just because my body does not tolerate it.I have tried vitamin K2 before, both types (MK4 and MK7). Both types, in swallow pill form, cause me to have severe muscle pain/cramping in weird places that never otherwise hurt, and strangely an impending doom feeling. No joke, it is THAT bad. Every-single-time I have tried K2. Takes a few weeks to get back to where I was after stopping it.Well, I had hoped that maybe sublingual would be more tolerable. Nope, this is just as bad. Severe muscle cramps and impending sense of doom.So I can verify that it is definitely K2 vitamin here, but it was not any more tolerable to my body. Since everyone reacts different to supplements, I am not going to lower the star rating for this product just because it is "not for me."Taste was mild and perfectly acceptable. Dissolved under tongue easily. Just not something that my body wants at all.

I worked for a year trying to figure out what to take for my heart problem, including High BP, High erratic heart beat and palpitations. This is one of the five I take in my protocol, based on my research, that it is supposed to clean your blood and remove plaque. Since the hospital was only able to clear my artery from 70 +% blocked to 60 + % blocked and with my faith in the Lord and my praise to Him for leading me to this product I will continue to take it the rest of my life. I have been on this along with magnesium for my erratic heart beat and palpitations, (they stopped with in three days), CoQ10 & D3 (both need to be taken together), and DHA Omaga 3 ( I take Omaga 3-6-9). I take Hawthorne Extract & Chaga for my BP. The Hawthorne seems to work for my top pressure and the Chaga for my bottom, but that is just me.) You may get by with just the Hawthone or Chaga by it self. If you are on standard chemical type medication, it is bothering you, and you want to get off of them, you CAN NOT just stop taking them you need to talk with your doctor, tell them what you want to do and have them work with you to wean yourself off of them gradually. To just stop your medication could be deadly, please take with your doctor. You could google all of these and find out the benefits, print the information and take it in with you to your doctor.

This is too good. So easy to take. You can dissolve them in your mouth or easily swallow like a traditional pill. My teeth are actually whiter, and they feel so clean all the time. I would recommend this to anyone that has had a cavity, because this is probably what you are missing. If you are sensitive to dairy or maybe soy you may want to try a different brand. I gave one to someone with these issues and they had stomach issues from just one. For me, this is a great product though. I will continue buying it, and I hope there will be less plaque the next time I go for a teeth cleaning.Update 1/31/17: (after 6 months using this) Went for teeth cleaning and x-ray today, hygienist could not see the small cavity we were keeping an eye on. Very confused. Dentist came to check later and could not see it either. Both seemed baffled. Dentist said it wasn't possible. I am extremely pleased this seems to have re-mineralized a small cavity in my upper molar after 6 months. I have been saved a lot of pain and unnecessary drilling since it was located in a tough spot to get to on the tooth. I could not be happier.Also worth mentioning, my teeth cleaning seemed to take less time than usual. A teeth guard that I use regularly looks like new again and most all the hard calcification? has come off it. That was the first indication I had that this was having the desired effect.

After contacting the superior source head quarters regarding how they produce K2 m-7 natural K2 m7 they were very happy to help me. It's synthesized using a bioological base. The molecular structure is rearranged to m7 K2. Interesting think LSD. It's the only natural based product they produce.

This are quite small sweet tabs that are meant to de-solve under your tongue. I hope the end up being a health benefit but they are painless to take.

Love these tiny dissolvable pills. They are very mild tasing pills. It really makes things easier when the pills are easily dissolved Highly recommend. These are great for heart Heath!
