Item became faulty after one month. Handle will not stay in place, keeps slipping down and mop has stopped retracting. Mechanism inside mop broken. Seller won’t refund as over its return period. Waste of money after only one month. Not fit for purpose. Don’t waste your money!

Cleaning the kitchen floor , it’s brilliant

Arrived on time, the mop head is bigger than I thought but no problem. I will probably have difficulty replacing the absorbent cloth, as it is difficult to undo. Very difficult to squeeze, but a bit of effort and once you get use to it, it works well.

Cleans well but not quite so easy to use the sneezy action

Head was too big to fit in bucket and squeeze action was difficult to do.

The fact that it makes claims that are untrue the mop is broken and even though it’s Amazon prime I was expected to pay to return a broken non functioning mop to the supplier for £5.99’ I now have a mop sent in an unusable condition that i paid money for unless I spend more to send it back

This mop was to keep our new flooring looking smart and clean, but we are still waiting for a response as to what is happening about the missing part for the mop......The part of the handle that goes into the bottom arm piece....
