What they don’t say is out of 412 games how many can you play !!. Some games 4 way joy stick some 8 way . If u don’t have a 4 way and 8 way changeable joy stick then some games won’t work . Seems kinda small for the money more like 499$ the game box is 100 the box and tv 200$! 300$! If u double it that’s not enough wow small for the money . Cheep joystick o would guess .

This review is for the Doc and Pies Arcade Factory Classic. We love this arcade.! It has all the classic games that we grew up with and even some I never played then I am enjoying.. The only issue we had is that there are no instructions for how to use it so you can’t figure out how to navigate through the menus and which buttons to use. We are also wanted the volume to be a little lower. But we called customer support from their companies website and she called me back the very next day and walked us through step-by-step process to lower the volume and then email us instructions for that to keep for later. They did not email us any usage instructions for the buttons, but I wrote down the instructions and made a guide for ourselves.. that is my only suggestion to the company. Is that providing those instructions would be nice.

Customer service 10/10! Julie is amazing, and her knowledge and communication was perfect. I can't thank her enough for her patience and expertise. Pro's of this arcade: the joystick and buttons are great, the prebuilt cabinet is of outstanding quality and the components are thoughtfully laid out, the selection of games is remarkable and the ability to change the difficulty/number of lives/or games available is stellar. The gameplay on several of the games are REALLY good. Took me back to the 80s arcades. Con's of this arcade: anything you want to tweak including the volume requires removal of the back panel, the monitor used is the perfect size - but there were a lot of color and refresh issues that took away from the game experience for me (certain color combinations caused a lot of visual artifacts), and a big caveat for me is how you start the game - I like to see the demo splash page, and look at the visuals as well as have the game running in the background in my environment. The games all start with credits, and there is no way to not have credits to let the game just go back to the demo page. The biggest disappointing game - Q*Bert. The 8-way joystick (even with modifying it by changing the internal collar), does NOT control the way it should at all. If this game worked perfectly, I would have kept this machine. Also, when the arcade is idling without a game playing, the menu has a terrible clicking noise that is unnecessarily loud, and there's no way to tweak the menu options. My wish list for future upgrades: OLED monitor, that will be the closest color of black to recreate the CRTs of the past. Games need to be programmed to run on the maximum display given. I want demo screens and a better way to access the volume and adjustments. I understand I'm picky, but I just want a really good experience with a home arcade that will be set up and accessible all the time. It is a good machine overall, and I think most people that buy this will be pleased. I can't give it 5-stars because I won't play it knowing what I'm missing from it, and have ultimately returned it.

Once you select a game, there is no way to go to another game. Buttons not working. You have to wait until machine times out. To adjust the sound, you have to take off the back of the machine with a screwdriver and adjust from the inside. The machine makes a beeping sound every 5 seconds when not in play and you have to turn machine off to get it to stop. I would not recommend this machine for anyone.

This looks like an awesome game with all those games included!! Where can i find a Defender game? Does it have Defender (1980's) game on it? Please help me find one!!!

Perfect for the family. Wife is a Ms Pac-Man junkie. Wish it had an external way to change the volume though without opening up entire back.

Jump button started glitching and for the money it should have more controls ...it was within a week of opening the box..and at this point haven't received a refund and it's been ten days since I returned it
