I've a left total hip replacement, right hip bursectomy, tendon repair, and window tenotomy, back surgery, and have a ridiculous amount of arthritis for a 44 year old. These capsules are average size and I am taking 3 daily (suggested dose) before dinner. I like to take these at night because some mornings I need the extra help. I actually was able to eliminate taking 2 other supplements because they are already in these pills.Ultra Join Flex came fresh, shrink wrapped and safety sealed.
