I’ve had this printer for over a year now and it still works great. It’s light, portable, and compact. The print quality is very nice, a lot better than what I thought I’d be. It’s so nice not having to worry about running out of ink all the time. You do have to buy a certain paper to use in this printer, which comes in rolls or folded. But it’s definitely worth the money. I strongly recommend this printer for anyone that wants a good quality printer, and doesn’t want to worry about buying or changing the ink out.

The media could not be loaded. This printer is great once installed you simply open the app turn on the printer and the app connects. I did get frustrated setting it up BUT THAT WAS MY MISTAKE. I will share that just in case anyone else does the same thing. I tried to use it initially but I had a red light, no matter what I tried. It would say it was printing but nothing was coming out. Also Bluetooth had to search for the printer every time. Then I read the instructions again on loading the paper. It comes with a roll in it but YOU HAVE TO take it out take the tape off and load it according to the direction. Once I did this and turned the printer back on Bluetooth Hooked right up to it and has not forgotten it, I open the app and they connect. It is quiet printing and fast printing. I generally only print documents but I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Ordered this printer to use when I travel for work. Seemed like the perfect solution. Was told it was compatible with Apple products. It has never worked properly. Printer does not work 95% of the time. Occassionally I get something to print but it is hit or miss. No rhyme or reason of why it is not working. Initially read blogs on the issue none of the fixes worked. I have reached out to the company for technical support did everything they told me to do but printer still did not work. I was told I would receive further assistance but it has been MANY weeks with no communication. I have emailed them to inquire about the status of my complaint but have received no reply.The machine itself is compact and prints nicely when it does work.Would love to have it replaced or money refunded so I can purchase something that works.

I absolutely LOVE my Jaden's thermal printer!!The app is so easy to work with, connection is good, the quality of my prints is on point and very clear, the printers size works perfectly to just throw it in my bag and GO, it's also very convenient for my small home office. Its just PERFECT!!!Five out of five stars!!I also recommend getting the portable case for it in case you are planning to use it on the go.I also bought the 2 types of paper and I'm happy, the rolled one happens to be challenging to keep it straight/flat, but it's understandable because well, it's a roll.

Does what I wanted it to do.Device/System: iPhone/iOS. Connection: Bluetooth. App used: PrintGo.I wanted to try this because the ink in my other printer dries out (not runs out) all the time (I don't print enough), and 2 ink changes will cost more than this printer itself. This review is written on the first day I received the product and test printed a few pages. Will update if anything else comes up.*Print Quality*: it's pretty obvious that the outcome is thermal printed - not comparable to a laser or ink printer, which is expected. But good enough for what I needed it for. I only intended to use this for temporary stuff - forms I need to print, sign, and scan; shipping labels; etc. Definitely wouldn't use it for anything formal.*Ease of Use*: App is simple and user friendly. Instruction is clear and easy to follow. I know it only prints from certain apps and sources, namely a few social media apps, native photos, and the "files" folder on iCloud drive, but it's not a big problem for me - it's easy enough for me to save a copy of any file on the iCloud drive.*Other*: I test printed with the rolled letter-size paper. My complaint is that... it's hard to tear off the paper... The paper is a bit thick for the blade to cut off smoothly, I had to hold the paper very close to the blade to tear it off little by little, or else the paper will break. This makes the paper quite wrinkly when torn off - another reason I wouldn't use this to print anything formal.-------Edits after 8 months:The rolled paper eventually becomes a problem. Especially towards the end of the roll, it's rolled so tight and is too hard to flatten out.I switched to the folded paper. My only complaint with that is that the printer is not able to position the paper properly, and after printing a page it also doesn't stop the paper where it should start for the next print. As a result I have to reposition the paper manually before every print.This COULD be because I didn't use the Jadens branded folded paper, so that the printer isn't able to read the positioning marks on the back properly. I will try the branded paper next time and provide another update.Again since I'm not using it to print anything formal I don't need the paper position to be that perfect. The convenience of printing at home and saving on inks still makes this a good purchase.PS: one charge lasts a really long time...

Glad I made the choice to get this item. So far it's worked out very well for me. It has saved me trips to the library or print shop. I live in a small space and simply don't have room for a larger printer and this one is travel friendly and RV friendly. And I don't have to worry about ink. I mainly needed it for printing return labels and occasionally a couple other items.A year ago or so I had bought a thermal label printer more compact than this and I never could get it to work and I regret not sending it back within the time frame.I did have a bit of an issue connecting with my phone one time. You just have to remember to follow the instructions exactly.The roll paper does curl a little but it will flatten out after a while if you set some heavy book on it or something. I haven't tried the flat paper yet.Paper quality is not going to be the same as regular computer paper and I probably wouldn't use it for anything really official. Like I said though it's good enough for most of my needs.
