I donate Plasma regularly and need to pump my hand continuously, I got tired of always requesting their very worn squishy ball so decided to order these.They work great for my purpose, I keep a couple in a zip-loc baggie in my purse for easy access.Have been using them for about 3 months now, the surface is not getting tacky and the tensile strength is holding up very well. So far have just used the 2 softest ones as I am not using them for Physical Therapy.The size is perfect for my medium woman sized hands, they are easy to move around and handle. They have just the right amount of texture to keep a good grip.

Pros: variety of resistance/ball, size of each, exercises included, color-coded for various strengths, nice message from vendor enclosed.While some complained about the surface tackiness/stickiness of material, it is fine in my opinion. I prefer this material over a smooth surface as I can maintain grip better during some of the exercises.

I purchased these balls as stress reliever and strength for my hands. These are great, they came on times d I like the colors and strength levels for each one. They fit great in my hands and I can work out with it on the computer. It is really handy, pardon the pun.

I was skeptical after reading negative reviews but I was impressed with the size, texture and degrees of resistance which has helped improve my finger/ hand mobility following an accident. The product is perfect for the purpose it is intended for.

great product, my husband has had issues with his hands and fingers recently, we order these. Wish I had ordered these long ago. they range from simple soft ball to a much firmer ball. these have helped so much. definitely recommend.Thank You

Used for Physical Therapy

After just using the initial orange ball I've gotten more strength in my hands. I'm now on the green ball and soon going to advance. It's easy to work in the sessions while I'm reading. I might add I'm 84!
