These are not very spicy really don't have much flavor considering they are from the Johnsonville line. Price is Right in line with other summer sausages. it does not have a greasy texture but there are some stringy bits, a little dryer than I expected

This is the best summer sausage. We love it on crackers as a snack. It is not hot. Just a little spice to make it perfect. I will never go back to just regular beef sausage again. A 5 star ⭐️ item

Meat looked bad
The package had air in it (not vacuum sealed properly). When we cut the meat, the outside edge was brown and looked strange. We were not about to eat it. I threw it out. In the photo, the piece on the far right is from store-bought summer sausage.
