These cups are even prettier in person. I bought them for my mom and mother-in-law for Christmas and see them being used regularly by both of them. They seem sturdy.

The mug came well packaged, and well made. Each part of this mug is so well crafted and sturdy. The colors are beautiful. I bought several for Christmas gifts and they all arrived in perfect condition!

This mug arrived in very secure packaging! It looks almost exactly as pictured: the glaze is shiny and the base is beautiful exposed clay. I would buy this product again

I really like this mug - it's just the right size and it feels good in the hand. The handle is on the thin side but doesn't feel fragile. The glaze is a lovely blue. And I really like the lid/infuser combo. I do think there could be some design improvement with those pieces though - the lid sits very well on the mug but it sits with the bottom side down, which means that it's getting all the steam from the tea and is then wet on the bottom when its time to take the lid off. And that's a problem for some surfaces, like a wooden desk or table. Yes, a coaster would mitigate that but I'd rather it just not be so wet. Also, the infuser is oddly designed without holes around the bottom edge - there are holes around the side down to a few millimeters above the bottom; and the bottom is mostly holes except for a few millimeters on the outer edge of the circle. What this means is that you'll think the infuser has drained out its liquid, but then if you tip it a bit, more liquid unexpectedly comes out due to that zone of no-holes. I have several other infusers and none of them are designed this way and it just doesn't make sense. Though I do have to say, the depth of this infuser is great - having a deeper infuser means less water is needed for steeping and there are times when I don't want to fill the cup so high with water to steep so I love that its lower down.All that being said, this is a good mug and infuser set - and it would make a great gift (and comes well packaged for that); it's just got a couple downsides that make it less than ideal.
