PREMIUM REPLACEMENT JUMPING MAT - FREE SPRINGS TOOL!!!

My grandson thanks you for having this matt replacement for his 13ft - 80 spring trampoline. I had previously "wired" the springs to the matt - so he could continue to jump on it - but after a while the "wires" cut thru the matt fabric and was hanging on the frame by about 2/3'ds of the springs. Now he jumps on it most every day!

Seam has come unstitched causing hooks to fly out of the mat along with propelling springs into the air and hitting a child

This product is DANGEROUS and Trampoline Depot’s customer service is garbage. I purchased this trampoline may in May 2021, and within four months the fabric loops that hold the rings to connect to the springs tore when under load, causing the springs to shoot off. In September 2021 I attempted to get a picture of the trampoline so that I could request a refund, and when I did my 80lb dog jumped onto it and one of the springs shot off and hit me right in my stomach (I was 8 months pregnant). I spent all day being monitored because that classified as major abdominal trauma and sent me into contractions. Trampoline Depot refused to give me a refund, said the damage must have been from the sun (in 4 months?), and said all they could do is send a replacement. I didn’t even want the replacement because of how obviously flawed the first one was, but they never sent it. I’ve reached out several times, and it’s been on “back order” since December of 2021. Trampoline Depot you should be ashamed of the way this was handled and recall this product NOW.

This is the second time I've ordered this mat. The last one lasted 3 years, not bad for under $100 and considering it's used by teenagers and adults and sits out in the sun all 4 seasons - with especially hot, sunny summers. It's not as thick or as rigid as some mats I've seen, but it works great and sees a lot of use!

This mat replaced a Walmart mat that had rotted. I ordered a 72 ring mat that was meant for a trampoline that measured 166" from outside of pole. This mat is great but not marked to 5 stars because it came with 73 rings. Which means there is a small gap where there is an extra ring clip and no ring. It has not posed a problem other than a small sagging section where mat is not pulled taut and it throws off your bounce the tiniest bit if you bounce too close to it. But, kids love it all the same. Dad bounces on the mat with his full weight with the kids and we have not had any problems. Although we do have the net on the trampoline so everyone is safe no matter what.

Perfect fit. Arrived quickly. When ordering, check not only the size of the mat, but count the spring rings as well.

Worked well, but you can’t just start putting the springs in one one side and then move around. You need to start on opposite sides and then add them as you go. Otherwise it doesn’t seem to stretch the way it needs to. This didn’t come in the instructions and was just kind of a trial and error thing.

This is a great product. We were told the item would arrive between April 13th and 15th. It came on the 9th which was 2 days after the order. We were super happy because the kids love the trampoline.
