I absolutely love all 4 that I ordered. BUT one of them my nephew Israel’s name ended up being spelled wrong :((( I tried contacting the seller but my problem is that it’s not showing the previews of my wood pieces anymore so I can’t tell which is the right one to to show seller. Maybe the seller can reach out I can tell them what it said on it so I can get this problem fixed? I just recently got them for Christmas. If I can get this fixed I would definitely give 5 stars because they are very beautiful.

I purchased this cutting board as a five-year anniversary gift for an employee. There was a problem with the first order. One of the lines was not straight. GK took care of everything and had a new board out to me quickly. It looks great and the follow up and taking care of the problem was great.

The custom board arrived well packaged. Included a display stand and easy to understand care instruction. The board was beautifully engraved and finished. The client was thrilled. Will definitely be ordering in the future as client gifts.

The sign did not come as formatted on the customizing form. I was very disappointed in the product, because the lines were not centered, and did not match what i ordered.

As this was a Christmas gift, I couldn’t be sure if it would be liked even though I liked it very much when it was delivered. Fortunately, it was also liked by the recipients! Nicely made & well worth the reasonable price.
