Really great.
These taste fine and do their job well. Great for those with POTS - effective and easy to carry and take on the go. I’d recommend buying a few at a time so you do not run out!

I'm not convinced at all
I used it for a 20 mi run and I don't know honestly whether it did something. I didn't feel the difference; however maybe it did help. the taste is all right - a bit chemical fruity nauseating but nothing catastrophic. I don't think I'll buy them again.
