B&B Pipe 2130 Stepped Pipe Wedge (Small) 1.9cm Wide x 10cm Long for Pipe Fitting Welding B&B Pipe 2130 Small Stepped Pipe Wedge is used to align pipes for fitting and welding. This small stepped wedge also has a built-in gauge. The hole in the wedge allows for drop protection and an easy catch point for extraction. The small wedge measures 1.9 cm wide by 10 cm long. Dimensions: 1.9 cm. x 10 cm. Steps: 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4". Double use as wedge and gauge. Pull or push for gap width adjustments. Stepped wedge allows full line of sight during pipe fitting. Exclusive hole allows protection against falls and platform extraction. The wedge can be used to measure landings quickly and accurately. Durable construction allows the wedge to be used to scrape, poke and push weld to remove slag, porosity and identify defects. Can be used with a standard wedge or alone.

Nice wedge
Didn't like the steps when used for pipe welding had trouble inserting (after two tacks getting into 3/32) would rather buy an increase in incline smooth type of wedge which I have now after this one.Reason I bought another different one though is because I lost this one but made it work every time I used it

Very handy
Small enough to keep with you all the time, durable enough that I don't worry about breaking it. Like other reviews mentioned, it's unfortunate that the 1/16 is not very accurate due to the taper.

Good stuff but too pricey. Do not recommend only because it’s expensive and over rated. You can just use and other home made wedge

Good wedge
Its a good wedge for getting the right gap. Splatter is not very easy to get off it and BBs have to get pulled off with pliers. But other than that good wedge

Well-made but missing the last step
The product is well-made and marked, but from 3/32" it slopes to zero, with a line (not a step) for the 1/16" mark. I suppose it will work, but I was expecting a 1/16" step.
