I got this tens unit to replace an older one that used a 9v battery that wouldn't last very long with consistent use. This unit, however, lasts for DAYS on a single charge with a lot of usage!!!Some other features that I love:- No more batteries! It's rechargeable and charges quickly.- While the unit does have a configurable timer, it can also be set to constant. My old one would work for 60 minutes max then beep until I turned it off.- The EMS option definitely seems to get deeper stimulation than regular tens. Whether it's just redirectijg my brain or not, it absolutely helps with pain relief while it's running. I have a herniated disc and rely heavily on the unit during flare-ups.- The pads stick very well and can be used multiple times. Previous pads I've used started peeling off on the second use.-The unit comes with a high quality storage bag and a plastic card for storing the pads.The only con is that the pads have snaps instead of the kind that plug in kind of like an aux cable. Because I have to use them low on my back, I sometimes pull off the cable when pulling down my pants. This is not a major issue though, and the pros far outweigh the con.

I've had a lot of TENS units over the years. They all felt like I was just getting stung. This one is AWESOME. You actually get what you want to get from a TENS unit. When I pull a muscle in my back, and I seem to do that frequently, I put it on and I'm walking around and getting out of the chair like nothing at all is wrong.

I absolutely love this tens unit!! It very easy to use and has a lot of features and comes with a sturdy case and extra pads. It stays charged for about 3 weeks. I use it at work alsoThe price was very reasonable and I like the backlight for when it’s dark I like how it also turns off after the time you set it and it’s very quiet makes no noise or has any alarms going off

Awesome unit. Pads are good quality. Only came with one cord though, not sure if that’s normal or just a fluke. Battery life & power are very good. Comes in a very nice storage case.

I bought this tens machine for the pain that I deal with daily which is excruciating in my upper back. It has sorta helped alleviate some of the pain not all of it. The effectives of the device is really good. The size is small but it bangs a mighty good punch. The design of the device is pretty easy to understand and use. From delivery I’ve only charged it once and the juice can last a week per charge depending how often you use it and how long you use the tens machine for. The value of the device is pretty cheap. I bought the machine for I think less than $30 it was well worth the money. The items the tens machine came with was a carrying case wires A and B 16 adhesive pads of various sizes. Overall I would recommend this tens machine to both family and friends.

I've been using this for several weeks up to 4 times a day for a knee replacement. It has works every time and works really well. I like that the electrode patches snap into cords, seems to provide a better connection. I like having 3 settings Tens, ems, mess. A great amount of program settings and intensities. I have owned several of these and this by far has worked the best!

40 years ago my medically prescribed TENs unit cost $500 and it was twice as heavy and bulky with less performance options. The timers to turn off after a set time are great but for chronic pain we could also use a timer that repeats the program over and over automatically between off time intervals. At least it retains your chosen therapy mode but we still have to manually step up the intensity by hand, that's ten presses of the button for me. You can't hold down to scroll, must press the button each time.Lithium batteries have improved the utility and lowered the weight of these devices.This one has many different patterns for applying current, unfortunately the one I like is the last of 14 to select from. Rounded corners make this pocket friendly but a belt clip option would be nice, although you can adapt a cell phone belt case for this use.Battery life is great and can be extended for travel away from power sources by using a USB power pack.The electrode pads have also improved by leaps and bounds. I used to have to carry a tube of electrode gel, spare patches and adhesive squares to hold them on during activity, and these were not waterproof. I used to have to try to sleep with the wires still connected and tucked in my underwear, now the snaps are convenient and the pads can be re-used many times.Another example of how electronics prices have been dropping for consumers.IMPROVEMENT NEEDED - the battery must be accessible for replacement or end of life recycling. As it stands, we have to smash this thing open to get to the battery. I don't care how cheap it is, it must allow responsible recycling. Some day this will be law.
