Very practical foam floor tiles, a variety of purposes, I mainly use it in the gym at home, do yoga, meditation, tai chi are very good to use, it is easy to splic, easy to fix, there is a cushioning picture of concave and convex patterns on the surface, non-slip, comfortable, easy to clean, I like it very much.

I used these for my gym setup in my garage. I use a bowflex machine and some free weights (kettlebells). They are holding up quite well. The thickness is just enough to provide adequate protection for my use case. If you are using a barbell and higher weights, you might need to go with a little thicker ones. That being said, I haven’t seen any slippage and they work for me.
