For one, the blue light is always on, no matter if the blender is off or not, so you could potentially chop off your fingers if you don't remember what state it is in. It is incredibly loud and the motor sounds irregular even when the cup is empty, like it's struggling with a heavy load of rocks. Not that it even matters because I was blending a berry and kale smoothie and the thing started billowing smoke and I smelled burning plastic and heard pops and crackles coming from the wall outlet. It doesn't work anymore and I only used it a couple times. It's past the return date and I'm livid! Construction is flimsy and shoddy and feels really cheap. I mean, just look at it. Does that look built to last? It's a scam cash grab. I regret taking a chance on it just to save a few bucks. I wouldn't wish this blender on my worst enemy. I you want your kids to chop off their fingers or die an agonizing death by being burnt alive in a house fire, then this is the blender for you.

The blender has really very strong power and at the beginning needs to be turn on just for a short times multiple times like the guide recommends. Otherwise the motor may overheat easily. So be careful.I would like to say that the customer service of this brand is excellent!Unfortunately my blender somehow stopped working and so I contacted the seller via Amazon link. They responded within 24hours and started to solve my problem. They offered full refund for me which I highly appreciate! The blender did stop working after about 3months. It can happen, it’s just a machine.With this experience I would buy other products from them again, because the seller is really fair player! Highly appreciated and can recommend to others.

UPDATE! Seller is replacing this unit. Good to know a good seller.I use monthly and need one for 15 seconds at a time for i stick melted butter. This one gets too hot so I will have to get a better heat insulated one. But for normal use I think this is just fine. Last one lasted a couple of years. These units are nice but if it gets hot you have to wait until cooled at least an hour or two, to avoid internal overheating. But it was best one I have found so far.
