Are you an automotive technician? Then you need this tool. You can push it down the spark plug hole and do quite a bit of diagnosis that would otherwise require major tear downs. Bad head gasket with coolant seeping into cylinder, you can see that, and take a picture of it. Same with a burned valve. Sometimes the customer doesn't have the money, sometimes the car isn't worth doing major surgery. This will tell you in ten minutes so you can move on to the next repair. Quality is good so far, although it's only been used a dozen times or so. The biggest selling point here is the price and the image quality (both excellent). The technology has come a long way recently. The ability to articulate 180 is also fantastic. Older versions couldn't do that. Multiple people in our shop have this model. Nobody has any complaints about it. I will gladly spend $100 to save myself future diagnostic headaches, even if it's only used once in awhile.

For the price, this borescope meets are expectations. The picture and camera are crystal clear and performs like a high-dollar inspection camera. Highly recommend this product!

Very handy tool, I purchased bc we had a water leak and I wanted to look behind our drywall to make sure no mold was growing. The cable length was long enough plus some! The cable camera was very flexible and was able to move it to get 360 degree view. The zoom quality of the camera was very good to get a close look, and the camera display on handheld was very clear, I was very pleased and it got the job done. This would also be a great tool if you were working on vehicles. The battery is charged by plugging in, and for the amount of time I used it, it didn’t even drain any of the battery. So I would guess you could use for quite a bit of time before having to recharge. The camera has a live view as well as it is able to take screenshots. Very nice quality and the price isn’t too bad either!

I’m an engineering tech and I use this to inspect equipment regularly. It’s easy to use and gives good images for evaluating needed repairs. The case is easy to store, plenty of memory storage, and simple to manipulate in small areas.

I needed something to inspect the inside of the carriage gearbox on my lathe. This worked surprisingly well with good clarity and depth of field, and the rotating head is EXTREMELY helpful. I had to go around gears and shafts to look at some areas, and found that by manipulating the rotating head you could go around them and even go through elbows on pipe, etc. The case is well built and should last a long time--cheaper plastic cases have hinges and latches snap off, etc. with little use. My gripes are: 1. The cable exits at the bottom of the unit, which makes it awkward to handle while manipulating it in the hole, etc. It would work better if it exited at the back, or even the top of the unit. 2. The cable is permanently attached to the screen. This makes it very cumbersome to charge as you have a 5 foot cable dangling from it when you try to set it down. 3. The battery charge indicator is VERY small, and you can't really tell how much charge is left. Overall it performed very well, and I would give a qualified recommendation based on the negatives I listed.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of this thing, I have a Milwaukee M12 and a snap on Bk6500 and this thing really gives those a run for their money. The snap on has side view and records and snaps pics but so does this one. The moving feature is absolutely awesome, the Milwaukee can’t touch it, the interface is user friendly and it has its place, the length of camera is almost 3 times longer than my snap on which is perfect.

Very nice Bore Scope for sure! I've owned several other brands, but so far this one is head and shoulders above the rest. If you've never owned / used a bore scope such as this, it's hard to understand the subtle differences and realize exactly why this Teslong is so great. I'll cover some points below that jumped out at me and which might help potential buyers better make their decision: 1. MENU SYSTEM - The menu system on this Teslong is very intuitive. That might not seem like a big deal, but until you have used some of the other scopes available on the market, it's hard to really appreciate how well thought out Teslong's menu and buttons are. I've owned a few Depstech scopes; and while they are very nice, as well, I find that some of their menu functions and buttons are confusing and less than intuitive in nature. This makes trying to figure out what you are doing time consuming and aggravating at times. Nothing against Depstech (they make a great product and I still use their scopes), but the Teslong menu system is just much, much easier to deal with on a daily basis while working. That makes using this scope a pure joy. 2. THE HANDLE - This is another thing which might not seem like a big deal at first glance, but it is. If you are attempting to video or photo something inside a motor, for example, being able to have firm control over the unit without covering up the screen and/or having to reposition your grip while the display is falling all over the place is quite a nice feature. The handle on the Teslong allows you to easily keep firm control of things and keep the unit stable while working, without requiring you to constantly adjust your grip on the edge of where your screen is (which is sometimes an annoyance while using other scopes that lack a handle). 3. SINGLE CAMERA - Wait what? What about those camera heads with 2 or 3 cameras? Yes, those are okay and they do afford multiple vantage points while working. However, in my experience, I have found that having to figure out the complex set of buttons to switch between camera A or A+B or Split screen with A and B or A and C or camera C and B is just a straight nightmare while working. The fact that this Teslong only has a single camera (which you can articulate) saves you from having to deal with all the overly complex controls required in order to jump through all the different cameras and combination of cameras on the end of the cable. So, single camera = easy peasy menu control. 4. THE ARTICULATING CENTER LEVER - This is one of the areas where this unit really outshines its competition. If you're shopping around on Amazon, you might run into similar units which have a knob on the left side of the handle (which is used to articulate the camera end). Here's the problem with that design: when you are holding those units, it often requires you to use your free hand to adjust the knob (especially if you need to operate the scope while in your left hand for some reason). With the Teslong, the lever is way easier to work w/ one hand by using your thumb. This, in turn, allows you to use your free hand to position and/or steady the cable as you probe into things like spark plug holes, etc. Having the ability to operate the scope with just one hand (either in your right or left hand) while precisely controlling the cable in the other is really a game changer and makes this unit super easy to deal with and flexible in all situations. Having that lever in the middle (verse the knob on the left side) really gives you a lot more flexibility when using the scope. You can control the position of the cable (and thus the camera) with your spare hand and then easily move the head back or forth to center your view using the lever w/ your thumb. NOTE: I'll include some snap shots of a 22RE Toyota motor I just used this device on and it was super easy to see if the pistons were oversized or not. The second photo attached to this review shows the camera head fully articulated and looking up and backwards at the intake and exhaust valves, after having threaded the camera into a spark plug hole on the motor. As you can see the images are quite clear. 5. RECORDS AUDIO ALSO - This unit has a mic which will allow you to record audio as well as video. Super duper handy. On units without this feature, you just have a video that is silent. With the Teslong, you can also record audio while working, which allows you to narrate what you are doing and what you are viewing in real time as part of the video. This comes in super handy if you need to review the video later at your desk and want to remember exactly what you were inspecting or looking at while working. This feature alone makes this camera really stand out in my mind. 6. STORAGE CASE - The storage case is very nicely thought out. It has plenty of room to store the cable. Not having to remove the cable is a nice bonus (with most units the cable just attaches to a USB port, which often times requires you to remove it prior to storage in a case). So all in all, I'm very impressed with this Teslong bore scope. This is the 3rd or 4th bore scope I've owned and it's by far the best and most enjoyable to use. The menu system is extremely easy to use and the one-handed operation is really a game changer in a lot of ways. I'm glad they offer a single camera version too, as this makes the menu even more straightforward to use; the ability to pivot around the head (back and forth from left to right) with just your thumb is more than enough to get the camera on target for the vast majority of jobs. This Teslong is easy to use, simple, down to business and gets the job done without interfering with what I'm doing or forcing me to navigate a bunch of complex buttons and menus. I absolutely love it. 5-stars for sure. Nice job Teslong!

*⚙️𝙁𝙐𝙉𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙊⚙️* Il dispositivo ha un'ottimo schermo dalla risoluzione HD, quindi è nitido ed i pixel a fatica si vedono. Gli unici difetti visivi che ho riscontrato a livello display sono: 1. Un bilanciamento dei colori non perfetto. I colori sono snaturati, appassiti e non vividi come ci si aspetta di solito in uno schermo IPS. Per me è un classico LCD TFT. 2. Sono presenti nel mio modello dei difetti di banding laterali (soprattutto sul lato destro) causati dalla retroilluminazione. Ovvero si formano delle sfocature biancastra sui lati, molto visibili con le immagini scure. In generale lo schermo non è affatto male, è ben visibile all'aperto, ma 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮' 𝘀𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮. Inoltre la luminosità è fissa e non regolabile. La telecamera ha un'ottima risoluzione e permette di registrare foto/video fino a 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟬 𝘅 𝟭𝟬𝟴𝟬𝗽. Per i video inoltre abbiamo un frame rate di 30 fps con la possibilità di registrare 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗹'𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼. Video e foto sono sempre nitidissimi per cui posso ritenermi soddisfatto con la messa a fuoco (fissa). Il fuoco dovrebbe essere tarato da 1,5 cm a infinito. Per cui specialmente nelle tubature, i dettagli sono sempre ben visibili. La telecamera è dotata anche di zoom digitale 1,3x e 1,5x. La 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 è il suo punto di forza, il che consente di ispezionare ogni angolo di una tubazione, un cilindro di un motore anche (il cielo del cilindro) o un corrugato per cavi elettrici. L'unica difficoltà sta nel fatto che il cavo troppo rigido non facilità lo scorrimento nelle tubazioni dove vi sono angoli di 90°. Con la testa snodabile riusciamo ad incanalarci in una diramazione a T o a L, ma a causa del cavo rigido, non riusciamo a spingerla e a farla avanzare. Quindi ci blocchiamo. Il dispositivo ha un 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 che consente di visualizzare le foto/video scattati. Volendo si possono scaricare collegando il dispositivo al PC con la porta USB-C. Ha un altoparlante integrato per la riproduzione dell'audio. Dal menu possiamo modificare la risoluzione, la data e ora, lo spegnimento automatico, ecc. La sonda è dotata anche di sensore di temperatura sempre visibile sul display. Questo manda un pre-allert se la temperatura super i 70°C, mentre sopra gli 85°C si spegne per preservare la vita della telecamera. Direi che è una funzione molto utile si si vuole ispezionare motori, riduttori ad ingranaggi, caldaie o radiatori. *🚧𝘾𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙀🚧* Il Boroscopio ha un'ottima qualità costruttiva, molto rifinito nei particolari. L'involucro è una plastica ABS verniciata in grigio scuro, liscio al tatto e ben assemblato con tolleranze minime. Nella parte frontale troviamo il grosso schermo LCD protetto da una pellicola in plastica. Subito sotto abbiamo i pulsanti gommati in rilievo dal click meccanico, preciso e solido. Non sono retroilluminati. Dietro abbiamo un pulsante in plastica rigida per l'acquisizione delle immagini (un grilletto). Il manico è massiccio di diametro 35~39,5 mm rivestito in gomma al silicone. Al tatto è liscio, morbido e dall'ottimo grip. Subito sopra abbiamo la levetta per la curvatura della telecamera. Ha la testa gommata ed è semplicemente uno slider da muovere in alto/basso. Scorre molto bene ed è abbastanza preciso. ⚠️𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙉𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙀! Lo slider diventa molto duro se arrotoliamo il cavo. Si corre il rischio di rompere qualcosa. Il cavo della telecamera deve essere sciolto. Riguardo al cavo, questo è un corrugato in acciaio inox rivestito in plastica nera. Ciò gli consente di resistere ad eventuali oli, grassi o liquidi corrosivi. E' molto rigido e una volta curvato mantiene la sua forma a meno che vengano applicati carichi maggiori. E' fisso al manuco del boroscopio, non è removibile. La telecamera è fissata sul fondo, ha delle boccole in acciaio inox spazzolato che dividono la parte rigida da quella flessibile. La parte flessibile non è nient'altro che una calza in rete di Nylon. L'obbiettivo della telecamera è protetto da un vetro temprato. Il corpo flessibile è lungo circa 36 mm con un diametro di circa 8,3 mm. Crea della curve a gomito di larghezza 30 mm e profonde 32 mm. *📦𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙁𝙀𝙕𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙀📦* Il prodotto vi arriverà in una confezione di cartone di dimensioni L.43 x H.9 x P.22 cm e del peso di 1420 g. BUENA CALIDAD

I had a Klein brand borescope but ran it over in my driveway. It was a rectangle shape and had a ten foot cord. I like the shape of this Teslong one better. Easier to handle and the five foot cord is easier to handle in tight spots than the ten foot cord on the Klein brand scope. The articulating head is great. I can see into really tight spots that I couldn't before. Picture quality is great also. I am happy with my purchase.

Ottima impressione al primo utilizzo grazie alla presenza di un comodissimo Box semirigido per custodire tutto in modo sicuro e ordinato al suo interno. Questo prodotto TESLONG è un boroscopio dalle ottime caratteristiche, cosa che ne giustifica in parte il prezzo, con la particolarità di avere l'estremità della sonda direzionabile di circa 210° agendo e movimentando una leva presente sotto il display. Al di là della prima impressione devo ammettere che lo schermo a da 4,3 pollici si vede veramente bene complice anche la buona qualità della videocamera che restituisce a tutti gli effetti delle buone immagini anche in ambito notturno con poca luce. Questo prodotto marchiato TESLONG è un boroscopio digitale funzionale per arrivare in quei punti dove non si riesce ad arrivare risultando veramente utile in diverse situazioni pratiche che necessitano soluzioni dedicate con l'utilizzo di questo strumento. La lunghezza della sonda è di soli 152 cm circa per cui non si va molto lontani pertanto occorre tenere conto di questo elemento per le proprie esigenze. DI SEGUITO ALCUNE EVIDENZE OGGETTIVE 1) l'endoscopio equipaggia una batteria da 3000 mAh che può garantire un'autonomia fino a 4 ore con una ricarica, tramite cavo USB in dotazione, di almeno 3 ore 2) all'interno della confezione ho trovato il corpo schermo con telecamera annessa sonda semirigida, un manuale di istruzioni multilingue senza la lingua Italiana , cavo USB per ricarica il prodotto 3) il display LCD è da 4,3 pollici (10 cm x 5,5 cm) con una ottima risoluzione e tale da monitorare bene le operazioni di esplorazione con la sonda endoscopica. 4) l'immagine video sullo schermo è regolabile come luminosità. E' possibile anche scheglieme immagini in bianco e nero o a colori 5) La risoluzione della telecamera è 1280 x 720 o 1920x1080 6) La sonda è equipaggiata in testa da 6 led la cui luminosità è regolabile. 7) In caso di necessità è possibile inoltre ruotare di 180 ° le immagini in diretta sul display 8) è possibile scattare foto o video memorizzando il tutto direttamente sulla memoria SD già equipaggiata. Per scattare le foto è presente 9) è presente l'autospegnimento automatico impostando il "time limit" nelle impostazioni cosa che ottimizzerà l'autonomia della batteria 10) diversamente dal manuale di istruzioni è possibile scegliere sulle impostazioni del boroscopio la lingua Italiana CONCLUSIONI Il cavo è semirigido pertanto non è possibile ispezionare, ad esempio, tubi di scarico di scarico di casa come avrei voluto fare però ho effettuato una prova all'interno della mia asciugatrice giusto come test pratico sulle potenzialità del boroscopio. Un prodotto veramente interessante la cui applicazione va scelta in funzione delle proprie esigenze, le riprese video e le foto si vedono molto bene a condizione di inquadrare qualsiasi cosa ad una distanza minima di 2 e che sia illuminato con la giusta intensità. Questo boroscopio è risultato prestazionalmente ottimo specialmente con questa estremità mobile rappresentando un valore aggiunto che, per certi versi, può diventare determinante in particolari indagini ispettive difficili. Ottime qualità delle riprese video coma anche la qualità del monitor per cui complessivamente un prodotto attenzionabile per le proprie esigenze

Para mí, es una excelente herramienta todo al cien asta hoy ,el uso es frecuente. No hemos probado si funciona debajo el agua ,solo en la mecánica automotriz
