Bottom line up-front, this listing is getting 4/5 stars because it does NOT bring hardware to install/bolt the assembly to the frame of the bike. You will have to go out and buy the hardware that correctly meets the bolt length required - quick trip to ACE hardware. Ensure you use a thread fitment tool to check appropriate thread needed for your bike. For example, the ones I used to bolt the floorboard onto my Softail frame were (3/8-16) Hex Socket Head. Price - while these floors boards are good quality, the product lacks precises instructions on how to install and will require knowledge of the user in order to uninstall and install this foot control system. For $600, the user should be given some sort of instructions that provide clear directions in how to assemble and install. The spring that keeps the floorboard affixed to the position is a little weak in my opinion, however, not a deal-breaker - will swap these out for stronger pins. Overall, these floor boards are exactly what I was looking for and only took me a few hours or so to install once I found the appropriate length for mounting bolts. The product is good quality and STILL more affordable then some foot controls on the market that go for $800+. Other than the hardware needed that was described in this thread, this product mounted smoothly onto my 2021 street Bob FXBB M8 and reccomend for other riders. This product gives the rider more foot room and immediately addresses comfort concerns on foot position while riding. I enjoy these over mid controls especially when cruising for 2hrs on the bike. DONT FORGET TO LOCTITE the mounting bolts!

These are absolutely money while spent,but as other reviews have stated at the $600 price point they should include all needed hardware and detailed instructions. Yes the reference the install of heritage floorboards in the book, but there is slight differences. Also the stock hardware is not a perfect match from my low rider st, so I had to search through my nuts and bolts to find the stuff to make the setup work. Aside from that the boards are very well made it seems, the grip on them is perfect, they seem to add comfort, style and more control to my bike compared to my cheaper forward control set that I was running. I'd buy them over and over again at this point. But 3 stars as price point should come with attention to detail as mentioned earlier.

I wanted something more forward than my factory mid controls but wasn’t sure about doing the Harley style forward controls. This kit did what I wanted. It really gave my 2018 FXBB a much more comfortable feel. I had Mx style mini boards and these boards have some grip but not like I liked. Will probably change out the boards at some point. I would call it five stars but I just don’t love the boards. Quality and fit was good. Everything you need is in this kit.

Fit perfectly looks good on my low rider ST way better ride now with positioning of me my legs more forward.
