Neat enclosure, don't get put off by the fan
I wanted to go with a passive case because I really didn't want any fan noise, so I initially didn't consider this case. I'm glad I did though because after assembling my Raspberry Pi 5 and getting everything set up, I was relieved that during normal operation the case, despite the fan, is whisper quiet. One call out is that while the main part of the main body is metal construction, a big piece is unfortunately made of plastic.

Very nice and compact case for the Raspberry Pi 5
Very nice and compact case for the Raspberry Pi 5. The built-in fan is very quiet and the cover for the MicroSD card is a nice touch. This case doesn't have room for an SSD, but if you need one, Neo makes another case (which I have and like) which has room for the NVMe PCIe SSD drive.

Almost Perfect
Pros: Very sleek design. Feels sturdy and I can tell it's going to protect the internals. The aluminum case feels good to the touch. If you set it up and don't really tinker too much with your Raspberry Pi, this is the perfect case.Cons: if you tinker with your Raspberry Pi a lot, unscrewing the cover and screwing it back on every time just to access the GPIO pins will get annoying after a while. Similarly, the SD cover requires another (smaller) screwdriver to remove, so if you have multiple OS's and like to swap out cards, you can leave it off and put it somewhere safe. While we are at the subject of the SD card, its a bit difficult to remove, as it is pretty snug against the case. These are personal preferences and you might not find them as annoying. The reason I knocked off one star is because two of the GPIO pins are mislabeled. Board pin 21 is supposed to be GPIO 9, but it is labeled as 6. Similarly, board pin 31 is supposed to be GPIO 6 but it is labeled as 9. I only found out after debugging a small (personal) project for about an hour and on the verge of giving up on GPIO 6 on my Pi. I actually bought both the NVMe and non-NVMe version, but will be returning the NVMe version just for this reason. I like the case enough to keep the non-NMVe that is posted in the pictures, but not enough to have two of them that have the wrong labeling, especially if one model is pricier. Also, please note that the case doesn't come with a sticker.

Darn good case for the Rpi5. Keeps the unit cool even when at 100% CPU.
It may be a bit of a hassle to assemble the first time, but once done it performs very well. I use it for watching movies, emulators, etc. No issues so far.

Great case and cooler
Much better cooling than the official case, RTC, fan plug and pins all nicely accessible.

Nice
Excellent pi case. So far no complaints. Been running a pi media server 24/7 for months and the aluminum body and integrated heat sink keep it cool enough the fan rarely needs to run and when it does it's at a nearly inaudible low speed.

Nice case
Comes with a cooler and can be wall mounted. Easy to install a Pi.
