I picked up 4 packs of these under the old label in September 2023, and they were great. I purchased this version labeled, New, in June 2025, 2 packs, and they are one of the biggest disappointments in a product change I can remember in many years. Out of the package, the line of floss is straight and tight, but once used on a single quadrant of your teeth, it looks like the letter U. Sometimes, before you can finish flossing, one side either pulls out or the floss breaks. I’m not certain if it’s a bad design change, inferior materials, a counterfeit product, or what, but if the manufacturer wants to be known for the quality of the original product, something needs to change. If they and others are happy with this, that’s great, but it no longer works for me.

Great for flossing nightly. I buy the thick easy glide .. the tape doesn’t break easily . I have tight teeth.

Does the job every time! Rather use these then the string floss. Can control better and able to reach the back teeth. Price is also reasonable

These picks are ok, not great. It takes 2 or 3 to floss. They're a bit rough and they stretch and thread breaks easily. I've had better brands and I've had worse brands

I found the ribbon let loose during flossing,maybe not a problem with the flosser …my teeth are extremely tight
