Make sure you do your research for technical details like 'reading transmission data' and don't trust the dumb amazon Rufus bot. Super nice scanner, unfortunately, couldn't retrieve the desired transmission data for my particular vehicle.

Reads really good from everything I've used it for and feels pretty solid in the hand. Wish the cable had a place to attach to the scanner for when you aren't using it but wrapping it up and shoving it in the glove box until you need it works too.
