This thing holds me together better than coffee and sarcasm.
I’ll be honest—I was skeptical. I have scoliosis, the lovely S-shaped kind, curving through both my thoracic and lumbar spine. Most of my pain is in the lower back, where my SI joint has a habit of throwing off my whole alignment like a rebellious teenager. Every time I planted my right foot, I felt pain so sharp it practically had its own theme music.Enter this brace.I didn’t expect much, but WOW. The first time I wore it, I could actually walk without wincing every other step. It was like my hips finally decided to play nice with the rest of my body. And it’s not uncomfortable either—it takes a little getting used to, sure, but it’s not bulky, itchy, or awkward. It fits snug, stays put, and gives just the right amount of pressure to keep things lined up where they should be.I’ve tried a lot of things to manage my pain—stretches, meds, posture hacks, questionable YouTube advice—but this belt? Game-changer. I can walk longer, stand straighter, and not immediately regret every trip to the mailbox.Bottom line: it’s been a godsend. I’m grateful I gave it a shot.Buy it. Your spine (and your attitude) will thank you.

Pregnancy approved. 24 weeks and buckling.
I’m 24 weeks pregnant . I have had debilitating pain where I almost fold and fall over.I put this thing on - ( even though it hurt at first ) I IMMEDIATELY felt the joint stabilize. It’s going to take some adjusting but, wow. The pain let up some after an INTENSE flare. I’m laying peacefully on my bed in 7 days. After not knowing what was wrong for 7 days I have literal tears in my eyes because I now know I do not have to just “handle the pain” - there’s a solution to help you recover.Get it. Get it now. Don’t even think about it.Also - be nice to your ladies when they’re pregnant. They are going through it.

It's an OK product
If you're over 260 pounds and you have a waist line of 44 or better, this product is too small for you and I got the largest size. It does kind of take the pressure off the sacroiliac joint but I got tired of using it. It's an OK product.

Highly recommend for si joint pain
This belt is awesome to hold your si joint in place. My joint was popping out a lot prior to using this belt. I started wearing 24/7 and this kept it in place until I could have si joint fusion surgery. Life saver.Be careful to not get it too tight as it can be uncomfortable, too lose it won’t help. Too high it won’t help. But once u find the sweet spot it gets easier to find it again and really works.

Great support!
Has supported me so much and allowed me to get back to regular activity. Belt stays in place during walks and regular efforts and mostly during intense runs. 100% recommend!

Belt is not for a fat person
I am 5'2 and 205 lbs. I carry a lot of that weight around my stomach. I have a 'mother's apron' as well. Both of these make wearing the belt uncomfortable. Once I figured out where it needs to sit, I cannot keep in that position. As soon as I sit down and my belly expands the belt shifts upward out of position. The bottom edge also rolls. If I tighten the belt to where it will stay in place it is extremely uncomfortable and I cannot draw a full breath. I do use the belt still but only for short periods of time. Once I lose weight, it will likely function better for me. (XL belt)ETA: Ok so I've had the belt a couple of weeks now. My SI joint pain is almost gone, though I have residual pain down my right leg. A little back story - I cook almost everything from scratch, and I LOVE to cook. But since last year when I first started having problems with the SI joint and deteriorating backbone - I have not been able to stand in the kitchen more than 3 or 4 minutes doing prep work without breaking down into tears as my back hurt me so much. Needless to say this put a stop to my cooking. Physical Therapy didn't help reduce this pain. Today, using this belt, I was able to fully prep and cook a chicken pot pie, corn bread, and some great northern beans. This never would have been possible before! I still have problems with the belt moving when I sit down - but if I can wear it while cooking and actually be able to feed us healthy food again, then it's worth it!

Relieved 10 year SI joint pain.
10 years ago, I hurt my hip helping my dad take the cover off his truck. A sudden unexpected turn of the cover caused tons of pain on my SI joint. Spent the next year barely able to lift my left leg and recovering. All the time up until now has been constant aching. I've tried strengthening the area and stretching but it doesn't get much better. Two days with this belt and the pain is somehow gone. Almost unbelievable to me. I have to wear it where my belt would go. Occasional my leg, hip, tailbone starts to feel weird again and the belt gets used again. Definitely something to give a try.

Very nice for hips staying in place
Works great I don't get hip pain when I'm mopping, weed eating, sweeping or vacuuming while doing task like that my hips have not popped out of place using this belt
