Nice sturdy roasting pan. However the position of the roasting tin handles makes it awkward to left the grill part out. The handles also fold in and lie on the meat.

Why? Because it is beautifully crafted and very presentable. It has a very shiny and smooth finish. It is nice to know that it doesn’t contain toxic chemicals. It also is the perfect size. The handles are very sturdy. Very well made. Price is a quite high for me so I was glad it went on sale.

Je cherchais un plat à rôtir de bonne taille, et ce modèle 36 cm est idéal pour un poulet ou morceaux de viande. Le matériau en acier inoxydable est très épais, pas de déformation à la cuisson, et s’entretien très bien. Les poignées intégrées sont confortables et stables. La grille polie permet de surélever la viande, ce qui donne un rendement de cuisson meilleur et une viande plus croustillante. Excellent achat.
