I love almost every single part of this purchase. My only misgiving is that the whisk is just a hair too big to fit into the jar. Other than that, I've used everything else and I'm grateful that it has things I didn't realize I would need!

This kit is a great value for your money and has everything you need! The tall and slim jar is easy to clean, all materials included are of great quality and durability, and all are easy to use. The heat resistant mat for the sourdough transfer has been a life saver for not burning my fingers taking it out of the Dutch oven.

Over the holidays my son's wife whipped up some french bread! it was rich with flavor and delicious! Of course I'm getting my own starter kit! Can't wait to get started! Yeah Starter!

absolutely love this. everything you need (except the starter) for starting your sourdough journey.

About half the kit is good and the other half quality is lacking. The bread sling ripped the second time using it. Very thin and cheaply made. The scoring blades are very flimsy and broke while cleaning is gently. The proofing baskets work great and love that they collapse.

Bought for my daughter. It has everything except the Danish disk. She loved it and when I looked at the items, I did too. Very good quality. Includes a cook book and a sheet on beginning sourdough starter and how to use the items. It did NOT give instructions for the temperature strip and doesn't seem to work. It just stays black.

Love it, everything I needed to get started on my sourdough journey, 10 weeks in now of baking a loaf ready for the weekend! For some constructive criticism, would have loved there to be a cloth/hair net or similar included for the initial fermentation steps, but it's really a nitpick!
