Helped keep my nephew slightly warmer in the pool but it is lightweight so if the water is really cold he is still not comfortable, but better. The arms are not insulated.. On an average day it is fine though. Wouldn't be warm enough for a cold ocean for sure. As you can see the bottoms length is pretty short. I think he is around 52/53 inches tall, maybe 54 at high estimate. skinny for his age (8) about 50 lb. the zipper in the front is a must have for kids.

My son was always chattering from being cold in the local swimming pool so I thought I would try this with the long sleeves. He loves it and no more chattering!

I really liked the range of motion allowed by the Lycra sleeves in this one. However, the legs were not snug enough for my skinny kid and I was afraid it wouldn't keep her warm in the pool.

Nice for spring swim days.Size up, as these run small. Size LARGE did not fit a skinny, average height 6 yr old boy. It was too short in the torso and zipper barely closed.

I would say this fits true to size, but the legs seem a little baggy. My Daughter is almost 4 years old, 40" tall, 35 pounds. I got size Medium. She is on the muscular side, not super skinny. So I would have expected it to fit a little more snug, but I think I will keep this size and hope to get a few seasons out of it.

This suit fit my Daughter great. It lasted along time. After she grew out of it I was able to hand it down to another child.

My 4.5 year old is less than 1th percentile for size and the medium just fit. If he didn't also have small bones, the wrists wouldn't have fit and his hands wouldn't come through the holes. It's perfect for us, but be warned, it runs small.

Great little swimsuit, quite generous in sizing, front base neck to crotch measures 49cm, good quality and thickness. Body is thick neoprene, sleeves are thinner material. My 4.5 year old is quite tall and skinny, usually wears 5-6 clothes. I ordered suits in L(4) and XL(5-6). XL is way too big for her, L is about right with room to grow, legs are bit wide since she's got skinny legs and body bit loose. Size down would fit her skin tight like on the picture, but decided to keep L.

Die Produkte von Cressi sind nach unserer Erfahrung sehr gut. Dieser Anzug ist leider die Ausnahme... Die Beine sind sehr weit geschnitten, so dass es recht schnell kalt wird. Die langen Ärmel hingegen sind sooo eng, dass unser (schmales!) Kind blaue Hände bekam. Diese Ausführung ist nicht zu empfehlen. Kurzarm ist die bessere Alternative.

I took the suit for my daughters, which is very slim and the training in the pool is cold. The suit does a very good job. And the fact that the sleeves are not made of neoprene is very convenient for her to be able to swim freely in all styles. I recommend it.

Beine sind viel zu groß geschnitten für schmale Kinder. Damit schützt der Anzug nicht vor Kälte.Der Armbereich ist vom Ansatz her eine super Lösung für das Schwimmen in Hallenbädern.

Viel zu weit an den Beinen aber da soll es wohl auch nicht am Körper anliegen und wärmen? Denn da ist es normaler Badehosen Stoff
