14″ Garden Folding Saw

I have accumulated many of these type of hand saws over the years and this one is a flat out amazing cutter. It chews through wood branches large and small like nothing. It cuts both dry and green wood with amazing speed and efficiency that its fun to use. It has a very robust comfortable handle with two blade locking positions. Very reasonably priced for such a good saw.

Very sharp. Folders easily. Stay-open lock. Cut great.

Worked great until it broke. It was a great saw but the blade snapped clean while cutting a log off a trail. Some of it was my fault, the blade kept getting bound up in the log and was flexing pretty bad. I didn't expect it to snap like that though. Great light duty saw. I used it a lot in my year I had it. Lightweight, sharp, easily cuts through wood. I do recommend for light duty applications. If you use it more than a few times a year though, maybe go with a better saw.

This is a very nice folding saw for use in the garden. I use it to chop down hosta and ornamental grasses in the fall. The folding handle makes it easy to store. It’s lightweight and easy to use. A very functional product, but be careful because those blades are very sharp. The blade locks in place with a small lever, which increases safety during use. I believe these are sold in multiple sizes and quite frankly I would’ve ordered the smaller one if I was buying it again. Nice value here for a quality product.

Every travel tool kit needs a saw and this one is great. It’s super sharp and folds down to a compact size so it’s easy to carry anywhere. The handle has a soft grippy cover which is comfortable in your hands and also provides a sure grip. The blade is super sharp and is made from quality steel so it will cut through the toughest wood easily. You’re going to like this little saw a lot. Get several so you can have them in all your vehicles, your workshop and anywhere else you keep tools.

Be aware - Blade does NOT lock into the folded position. But does lock into the open position. 11 inch blade. Works well enough straight out of the box. Ideal for branch clean up after the winter storm. Cuts thru small (one to two inch apx) branches with great speed. Almost as fast as a chainsaw on the smaller branches. Larger branches (5 to 8 inches) of course take a lot more work, but it will eventually get there. Used it on white pine and silver leaf maple branches between 1 to apx 8 inch thick. Video shows an about 4 to 5 inch thick large silver leaf maple branch. Probably great for camping and home/tree maintenance. Keep the box for storage. I wish it had a carrying bag for easier transport too. I cut myself on the blade and as others stated, the blade is not fully covered when folded. So I would definitely recommend storing it in the box. Which makes it NOT well suited to back packing, but fine for regular camping at a campsite where you may want to cut smaller downed limbs nearby.

This instrument it is very important and necessary, it is corftable and important, specially when u go to hiking, u can cut any wood tree right away, it is just a good tool.

Sharp. I had to cut roots that grew out of a large planter into the ground. My old folding saw broke trying to cut the roots. This one got the job done fairly quickly.

Works great for on sled

Bought this a few months ago. This is an amazing hand saw that came with quality. Definitely recommend to buy this to those who looking for folding saw.

Had high hopes for this saw, but the experience was disappointing. It looked solid made, however it is relatively heavy for its size, the most of the weight in big and sturdy handle. I tried to use it on green wood, cutting branches up to 3-4 inches in diameter. It gets stuck in green wood easily, what is worse, once stuck it bends easily under push action and does not recover. I have serious doubts this is SK5 steel. You can straighten it out easily as well, but it bends again and could be in different spot. After an hour of work it looks like alpine road, bent all over. Not a good quality blade. An update: taking another star as literally useless for cutting green wood, it's getting stuck in anything larger that an inch diameter. And bends badly if you are not careful. It cuts dry wood not so bad. But any saw I have cuts better than this one.

Its not to big easy to carry and a good sharp blade on it.
