I had recent carpal tunnel surgery and right away this pillow impressed me with its quality construction and design. It's made with soft, breathable materials that feel gentle against the skin. It has completely washable coverings. The adjustable wedge allows you to easily find the perfect angle for your arm, and the detachable elbow pillow provides additional support and comfort. The angle is inclined just enough for comfort and the lightweight pillow makes it easy to move and adjust for comfort. It has a pocket for a hot or cold pack, which I fell in love with. It definitely made my recovery 100% better. I would recommend purchasing this for anyone who is recovering from an arm, hand or wrist surgery.

This is exactly what I needed to keep my arm elevated to reduce swelling in a stroke affected hand. As anyone with this condition knows, the hand swelling causes severe pain and severely limits the possibility of trying to exercise the hand. The hand needs to be kept elevated most of the time to avoid this. Regular pillows don't really help anywhere near as much as this grooved arm elevator. The shape of it and extras it has make it far more effective. Sometimes things I buy on Amazon are not always what they promise to be, but this item was exactly as it was described. I gove it a 5 out of 5. There are other similar arm elevation pillows on Amazon BUT they often don't have the gel pack, the extra gel insert pillow, or the elbow rest. Those features are what makes this hand elevation device better than the rest. When we opened the plastic, the pillow quickly snapped into the proper shape and size which tells me that the materials used are quality. The outer cover is very soft and comfortable. They used the perfect material to cover it. The size is perfect.

This was great after arm surgery. Kept my arm elevated easily and comes with and ice pack. You can use it on your legs too!

Super soft fabric. Very comfortable. Ice pack is awesome. Minor issue with extender that velcros on to the end- would like a little more stability, but I guess with Velcro, that is a little difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This was a life saver after a broken wrist

After my hand surgery - I found this elevator to be better than most for comfort and flexibility. And the ice pack was nicely done.

Very comfy. This thing got me through a tough time at work after a car accident. Broken wrist with a plate and 14 screws. Fun times trying to use my left hand on the mouse and typing with one hand. But my right arm and wrist were about as luxurious as could be possible. I liked how I could use the extra pad/insert to change things up now and then for a different angle and change of pace. Definitely would recommend this.
