This pan competes my set of pan's I have a small pan for just 2 also a medium cocotte for stews and hot pots and now I have the 34 cm if all the family comes for dinner yes they are a bit heavy but look really good on the table and are easy clean

I bought this to make a Dutch pancake and what a wonder this can create! I was really impressed. Since then, I have made some noodle dish and fried rice - all turned out great.

This is a nice pan. I haven't experienced any quality issues with it. Ive used it maybe 10 times and its still working well with no defects appearing (which you'd hope given that its a Staub). Works really well on things like caramelised onions and stuff that needs a slow cook. I found I really needed a lid though so just bought a cheap 26cm Chinese lid and it works well. Would reccommend
