I live in the forest in the Hudson Valley and moss is us. This reaches the second floor of our house, and almost the top of our barn.Works great. The container is worth the price. i refill with a solution of tsp and oxiclean and use it on out barn every spring.

Works as described.
Works as described, just spray it on and let it work its magic. Very easy to use and cleans superbly.

It works eventually
I used this once before and it takes a while to show improvement after you have sprayed the roof. I just started spraying the roof this time and the first jug fell off the nozzle head assembly. I lost about half a quart before I could get to the bottle which was on it's side. I must not have had the nozzle head properly screwed onto the jug. After that I didn't have any other issues. Also I use a plastic cable tie to make sure the little nozzle tip doesn't get blown off (based on prior experience). Overall I like the results, but I wish it didn't take as long to show improvement. I will use it again when the time comes.

Mold remover
This product does a great job. Kills mold almost immediately, but will take a couple of months possibly for the stains on your roof to start coming off.

NO EFFECT ON MY ROOF MOSS AFTER 3 WEEKS!
I paid so much for this stuff, and I really had hopes that it would be worth the price. We've had an unusually "atmospheric river" of rain in southern California this past fall snd winter, and when it was finally over, there was green moss growing on my spanish tile roof. (These tiles are a little like brick, sort of porous but a lot thinner). Almost every home in my gated community has moss now on the north-facing side of their roofs. Only people who have recently gotten new roofs don't !This is the third product I've tried on it. I've been patient. But'WET AND FORGET 'IS NOT THE CASE!! I can't forget that my homeowner's insurance company sent a drone over my house, and seeing the moss, suddenly cancelled my coverage unless I get a whole new roof! Right now, sice inflation, that costs upwards of $50,000.00!!I really hoped this would work, but there has been no change whatsoever. I wish I could get a refund, but I used it all up...and waited.I'm on a low fixed income, and this stuff costs almost $50.00! I'm beyond disappointed. If a miracle happens and the moss finally dies, I'll do a new review.Every insurance company is looking to stop writing policies in California. I still haven't found homeowner's insurance.Don't waste your money, this is very expensive, and no more effective than bleach.

Disappointed with Nozzle
I have been waiting to use this product with the new and “improved” nozzle. I was disappointed with the nozzle’s mechanics and performance not the product. To turn off and on the product the operator has to roll, or twist the nozzle from the off position through the positions of Water then to stop at the on position for the product to disperse. If you are doing this dry it works smoothly when there is pressure on the nozzle, and the nozzle and your hands are wet, it is difficult to turn this off or on smoothly or quickly. When the bottle is less than 1/3 full, the bottle wants to rotate resulting on you having to maintain control of the bottle also. The first time the bottle was getting low I wasted a considerable amount of product just trying to turn the nozzle off. The nozzle is attempting to twist around. The operator needs to be aware of where the nozzle is pointing when you are in this process. If the nozzle remains pointing at the application area, you are diluting the area where you are pointed. The opposite is, if you turn the nozzle away from your application area, the operator could be applying product to an area where you do not want it to be applied.I had excellent water pressure estimated to be 60-70 psi and was able to spray approximately 20-25’ horizontal. I was operating with a 1” hose. To make my job easier, the hose was tied off with a hose rope so there was no adverse pressure on the nozzle by the weight of the hose. This did make the job easier but simply turning the nozzle off and on was cumbersome and could not be done efficiently without wasting product. The solution I see would be to construct the nozzle with only a simple 90-degree twist either the product is on or off. I realize that you then do not have ready access to clear water through the nozzle, but the operator is able to apply to the area desired without delusion of product or spraying an area you do not want the product to be applied.

Kills mold and algae
I used this on my roof. It took less than 2 hours to apply and it keeps my tile roof free of algae and mold for over 2 years. All my neighbors use it. The option is to have a power wash done by a professional for $300
