This stuff is really good! I mix it in my milk with a handheld battery operated frother and it mixes well. This doesn’t leave lumps like others have. I got the chocolate so it’s like I’m drinking chocolate milk.I believe it’s working as my nails are growing faster and stronger.I hurt all the time anyway from a motorcycle wreck so I’m not sure about joint pain relief.But I’ll keep using it as this is the best I’ve found so far.

Been buying this brand for several months and really like it! Easily dissolves has no taste and seems to make a difference to my nails, skin and hair. Not sure that it provides the joint comfort that I’ve seen with other products but I continue buying it because I do think it makes a difference.

Amazing! I bought this because my nails had become brittle and were splitting. After about 25 days of consistent use my nails are back to strong and healthy! I also notice less joint pain. I haven’t paid much attention to my hair as I am extremely lucky in this department. Tastes good (peach/mango). Dissolves decently, I recommend leaving it sit for a few minutes and giving your bottle a good shake or pouring it into your drink super slow so it doesn’t clump. Though clump do release after a few minutes. . I do use extra water as it’s a little sweet for me. Definitely recommend this product!

It has improved my nails and hair. I am sad that it has not had a noticeable effect on my joints, but to be fair I think they are a lost cause and I started taking this product too late in life. I will continue to take it, however...it dissolves well, has no unpleasant taste or side effects,

I started noticing improvement in my nail length and strength within the first week of purchase. I am on my second bag now and I feel like I have seen consistent improvement in hair, skin, and nails. It can clump up pretty easily. Make sure to start mixing your liquid first, then slowly pour the powder in a little at a time while continuing to mix (pro-tip you should do this with all powders—dry gravy mix, instant coffee, etc). The flavor is technically unflavored but I am pretty sensitive to tastes and to me it tastes like unflavored gelatin. I was mixing it in plain water but didn’t like the taste so I have since started putting it in my protein shakes or coffee in the morning. Mixed with other liquids it truly does go unnoticed.
