I've read a bunch of the reviews and have yet to see anyone say that it helps if your struggling with having difficulty with bowel movements. That is exactly why I'm taking it. It works and way too well. I was recommended this supplement and it's the first one I've ever taken that actually works. I've seen a bunch say that it helps with blood sugar, high BP, weight loss, appetite suppressant. I'm diabetic and have not seen any of those effects as of yet. Been taking for about a month now. 2 pills at dinner every night. I'm going to try cutting the dose in half because the amount of times per day that I need to go and the urgency to go is too much.

Nothing has helped my PCOS weight. Absolutely nothing. Not calorie counting. Not working out 6 days a week. Getting 10K steps in daily. This did the trick! I'm not cutting out sugar completely either and still down 11 lbs in 3 weeks. It does stop most of the cravings though. I even stopped buying lattes (I would have half a cup in the morning) because they kept expiring in the fridge from not wanting them. I am switching brands due to the price going from $13 to $33. But the product works. Note: It may give you some crazy digestive issues. Not a fan of that, but the results have made it worth the struggle. I take two a day.

I started taking this in place of statins, so far no side effects. Won’t know how it is truly working until my next annual visit to the doctor, which will be updated after that appointment, in 2026. There is no after taste, haven’t noticed any changes in weight loss or gain. , The quality seems to be there. I guess time will tell.

Helps keep blood sugar down.

Bought this to help lower blood sugar levels and they do just that. I noticed a drop in blood sugar shortly after taking them. These will soon be a daily regimen, adding to my already populated pill count but these capsules are worth the addition.

I’ve tried various different brands of Berberine. I find this one to be okay. Not really the best brand I have tried, though. I take Berberine for weight loss and weight management, as well to help keep my blood sugar levels low along with a change in diet. It mildly works. So the quality is okay. But not the best brand I’ve tried. Though I regularly buy other types of health supplements by Nature’s Bounty for years. This one is fair for the price and mild general effectiveness. I have been takeing berberine supplements for a year now. I take them for 2 -3 weeks and then take a break for 2 weeks, so that my body doesn’t get used to the supplement and also to help protect my liver. Berberine is the type of supplement that has to be taken a break from for at least 1-2 weeks to protect the liver from damage. It is a safe supplement to take but a potent one that requires being taken intermittently only. Diet change is a must if one is trying to lower blood sugar levels anyway. This supplement simply helps aide in lowering blood sugar. It shouldn’t be depended on solely for this purpose. It can boost the immune system and has for me.

Love it. Reduces insulin resistance, so I need fewer injections. Fantastically cheaper than insulin.
