I started making sourdough for my family, but didn't know how to store it. I tried a big gallon plastic bags and I noticed they got moldy too fast, but if I left it out too long - it was get hard. A freidn suggested these bags and I love them! I can keep my bread in there for almost 2 weeks (though it's usually eaten in less then a week) I also love the stickers it comes with it to seal the bag. Watch the product video and read the instructions. This product works as both a flat bottom stand-up bag as well as lay-flat no-flat-bottom bag. Its up to the user to shape it as needed. All you have to do is tuck the bottom corners in to form the flat bottom. Once you put your loaf in there it holds it's flat bottom and stands perfectly.

Absolutely fantastic! The sourdough that I make is quite large, so I was a bit worried about it fitting, especially after being cut. However, it fit my sourdough perfectly! Great for traveling and I love the stickers that were added! Definitely recommend for those who love to share their bread with others!

I make sourdough bread and needed something to put my bread in when giving as a gift. These bags work great for my fresh round loaves.

Not really meant for a loaf of bread. I prefer to make loaves vs boules and a standard loaf of bread barley will fit in here. MY bad for looking at the listing photos and not the actual demotions. Listing photos literally shows a LOAF of bread in the bag.
