SOOOO DISAPPOINTED
I LOVE the LOOK of the toaster it’s my ideal toaster, which sounds silly but it’s so perfect in my home. Unfortunately my love stops there…. I have the 4 slice toaster and only the right side works. The left side does not “lock” down therefore it is unusable. Couldn’t get ahold of the seller to fix this issue.I still have it on my counter because I like the look of it so much, we just use the right side. But definitely defeats the purpose of a 4 slice toaster and therefore it gets 1 star for quality.
