These strips work well for posters! I used 4 strips on each and it holds well. For smaller posters/postcards you can get away with using less. It holds them good and I'm not worried about it falling. The box and strips are pretty light. I don't think it can hold anything with a heavier weight than a poster though. For some of my posters if the light hits it right, you can see a bit of an indentation in the corners from where the strips are but it's subtle.

If you search information on command poster strips you will find they will hold 4 pounds. I tested with 3 pounds and worked great. Comes off the wall clean. Fantastic product.

Great for posters, any size, and small canvas paintings. I used these to hang 16x20 canvas paintings my children made at art camp. They’ve been on my wall for over 5 years and are intact. These are great for hanging posters on walls even the larger size posters. I recommend the command strips and command tape for in between. Works great! These are, however; difficult to remove from posters if you need to move them and replace. Best to just leave them because trying to remove the strips will damage your poster. Just put new ones next to the old ones. We’ve also used the hooks by command and they are durable as well.

This was a great poster hanger. Very simple to use and to take it out. The only reason I am taking one star of this item is that because wasn't the item I was looking for. I was looking for the kind of hanger that would be used for frames and for some reason this show up on my search, and even tho it states poster hanger I didn't seem that it was very well noticed that wasn't the one I was looking for. I know that this might be silly, but I never hanged posters with those before and I though only those pair hangers existed. But if you do need to hang posters or small signs, it works fine. But just be aware that it does not hold things with a lot of weight. Attached are some signs I hanged with those items on my dry wall.

If you use it in the right applications, you'll never go wrong. But make sure you're hanging the right products and not putting too much weight on the strips.

Stickiness: If you are a teacher these are an absolute must!!!! I teach in NJ in a school built in the 50’s. Cinderblock walls with layers and layers of high gloss paint. Chalkboards that aren’t used- only for decor and anchor charts. And random tiled walls in the hallways. These stick to anything even in the most humid months!!!! I’ve never had anything fall. I mostly use with laminated posters in the hallway. When I want to take the posters down, they come off easily and don’t damage the wall! Where were these back in early 2000s when I was hanging up boy band posters all over my bedroom?!? :)

Love these for hanging posters and such in my kiddos rooms. They stick on well and are great quality, work as expected with no hassle or damage upon removal.

Utilisation pour accrocher des posters suite à déménagement. Avant ça j'utilisais de patafix classique ce qui laissaient des traces sur le mur. J'ai décidé d'acheter ces bandes pour éviter les traces sur le mur et effectivement, il n'y a plus aucune trace, en plus de ça c'est très simple a poser et retirer

This is a relatively expensive solution. I have used command strips in the past which worked with velcro - they are fine. These ones however do not feature velcro, are not sticky enough and difficult to apply correctly. You'd be far better off buying double sided tape.

I purchased that pack of 136 strips to hang polyester sound panels on the wall of our home office, to cut on reverb/echo. Two strips were used for each 12"x12" panel (which weight almost nothing), and after few months, all panels still hold! Removes easily like any command strip. Definitely recommended over the bundled two-sided cheap tape that came with the panels.
