Delivery was on time, and the product received was exactly as specified in the description. The keyboard was well packed and arrived in good condition without any damage. The only issue was that the power adapter was missing from the package. However, when I contacted customer care, they were helpful and provided a suitable refund so I could purchase the adapter separately. Overall, a good buying experience and a quality Casio keyboard.

Great product. Sound quality is impressive. Beautiful looking. Lots of functions and features. Great for beginners.Power adapter is also included in the box.But Amazon packaging is not good.
