The media could not be loaded. I shot the video on lowest resolution in poor lighting conditions. The still image was also taken at the lowest resolution.My brother, who took professional photos, owned cameras costing over $500 each. He would spend an hour taking one picture and then spend more time on his computer to get it just right.In contrast, this video camcorder costs well under $200 and is designed for people like me, the “point and shoot” type, who don’t need pictures even close to perfect. It lacks an optical zoom, interchangeable lens, and changeable focus. But it is just right for people like me; it is inexpensive and easy to use. I only need to tell it what resolution and quality (compression) I want. I set other controls to automatic (auto). I don’t need to manually set white balance, filters, exposure, ISO, metering (to determine where to adjust brightness), and, of course, whether to stamp the time in the image. The screen shows my selections as icons. But if you are a perfectionist or want only the best, you can get a used 4K camcorder for as little as $780, more than four times the price.I use the camera for still photos and videos and, most importantly for me, as a WebCam for Zoom and Skype through its USB port. The included remote control allows me to zoom in and out as needed.USB and HDMI Ports: Besides WebCam use, the USB port lets me download images and videos to the computer. It also has an HDMI port to display them on my TV.Wi-Fi: You can connect to the camcorder through its app, HelloCam. Initially, I had security concerns, but the camcorder creates its own Wi-Fi signal. It does not connect to my home Wi-Fi. The app allows you to do the following:• See live video of the camera on the app.• Trigger the camera to take videos or photos in live view mode.• Use continuous shooting mode.• Select timer trigger mode.• Change the video and image quality.• Format the camera's SD card.• List the photo and video files stored on the camera.• Most importantly, download or delete the files to your phone.Battery and Charger: The package contains two batteries and a charger. The camera uses one battery at a time, with the second acting as a spare. The batteries are the same as Casio NP-40 batteries.In summary, I will mostly use this camera at home as a webcam. While away from home, I will use it to take photos and videos. It is lightweight, making it easy to carry on trips.

The 18X digital zoom works perfectly to capture details at a distance, and the infrared night vision surprised me with how clear it is, even in complete darkness.It has a very intuitive 3.0" touch screen, and something I loved is that it can be used as a webcam for live broadcasts. In addition, it includes external microphone, remote control, two batteries (super useful for long recordings!) And a 32GB SD card. The best thing is that you can expand the memory up to 128GB, which gives enough freedom to record without worrying about space.With built-in WiFi, I can easily transfer my videos to my phone or computer. Without a doubt, a great investment for those who want quality and versatility without spending a fortune. I highly recommend it!

I bought it mainly for vlogging and capturing family moments, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality and features.First of all, the 8K video and 64MP photo resolution is incredible – the footage is super sharp and vibrant. Even the 4K at 60FPS looks buttery smooth, and the 18x zoom is a great bonus. The rotating 3.0” touchscreen is really intuitive and makes it easy to use, even for someone like me who's not a tech expert.One of my favorite features is the infrared night vision – I’ve been able to capture some surprisingly clear videos in complete darkness. The fill light and included microphone also help a ton with recording in different environments, and the sound comes through nicely.What really impressed me is how versatile this camcorder is – I’ve used it as a webcam for Zoom calls, connected it to my TV via HDMI, and even controlled it remotely from my phone using the Wi-Fi feature and app. The remote control is a game-changer too – super handy for solo shoots or creative angles.I’ve also been experimenting with slow-motion, time-lapse, and filters – it’s like having a mini studio in one compact device. This little camcorder works great and the sounds are clear, however, I give it 4 stars, because it stop recording every 10 to 12 minute. The software may needs to be upgraded. Suggest turning off/disabling the bluetooth and wifi may help. This camcorder is inexpensive and may not have the features you're looking for. I suggest a Sony, Panasonic brand if you want to do continues shooting without stopping every 12 minutes and restarting the recording. Hopefully, the company will address this issue. Other than that, it's great for the price. The old saying, "You get what you pay for". Would I buy/recommend this camcorder, not as it is now, only if the issue has been addressed and fixed.
