Great slicer . Wife loves using it for smaller vegetables and mostly garlic . Makes her chopping faster and easier . Also better than doing it by hand and cleaning is a cinch .

This was a brilliant idea. Having the box bottom to catch all the slices was much better than holding a blade over a pot or a board and it is really, really fast. Brilliant idea, yes, but did it work, only in one way and that's why the 3 stars. Slicing is fabulous and especially since you can load the top full with whole peeled cloves and it doesn't matter how they're dropped in, they slice beautifully. BUT, then there's the Mincer part. Ugh. A mess no matter how you do it. So, I recommend this for slicing and I use it many times a week, but for mincing, nope.
