I made a gift with them. Some were cracked, but I was able to make the project with the ones that were not broken.

Overall, I really liked these shells for my project. I bought these to hold watercolor paints I made. I like the size since the shells don't take up too much space since I didn't want to make a lot of paint. In the batch I got, most of the shells were about 2.5 inches with only a few being smaller. I received 30 pieces and about half were usable for my project, but none arrived broken, which I was a bit worried about. The other half were a bit too flat to really be able to use for holding paints. However, these are a natural product so shape and size can't be 100% guaranteed, so I don't feel like I can count that against them. I'm going to find another use for the flatter shells.

Small shells, but good for crafts.

Product is not as advertised. 30 shells come in a small 4X3 plastic container. They say 2-3in, but out of 120 shells (I ordered 4 batches) none were 3 in. Vast majority only 2in in length, largest 2.5 inch i and very thin, flimsy. Not craft worthy. I'm returning them.

This is my 3rd order of these shells. The first 2 orders were pretty and perfect. This order had 8 shells out of the 30 that were ugly and chipped. Not useable for my projects. Very disappointing.

These were perfect for my project!

This is a mixed review based on several orders. I create many crafts with oysters that I sell and I have ordered from this company numerous times, always being very pleased with the quality of the oysters. They have always been exactly as described. Recently I placed another order for 6 containers of the 30 oysters. When they arrived, I immediately noticed that the container was considerably smaller than that had been in my past orders. When I took them out the oysters were pitiful and much tinier than they had been in the past. You can see in the pictures the dramatic difference. The code numbers on the outside of the container were even different. The price is the same but quality is drastically different lately. I was also shorted 3-4 oysters in 3 of the containers. It has caused me to have to use more of the smaller shells for my items that I make and sell which is eating into my profit. I’m now very leery of ordering oyster shells from this company again.
