Pros - The paint was great, the subject was beautiful. Came out perfect.Cons - The canvas arrives folded in a small box. even with ironing, the creases do not come out and you can see them when you frame the piece. I tried mounting it on cardboard before framing and I still saw the folds. Please start sending these in a tube rolled for better outcome.

This is a really nice paint by numbers canvas. There is a lot of little spaces, but I am going to love trying this out. I used to love painting years ago, and I always see pictures of everyone at those painting classes, but have never tried them. I was excited to see this offered, so I can do it in the privacy of my own home. The canvas is nice...way better than what I was expecting. It does arrive folded up, so I plan to put mine in a very low temp dryer for just a couple of minutes (and hope that doesn't hurt it) before I start painting (to try to remove the wrinkles). The paints are sealed air tight so they won't dry out. The kit comes with everything you need. I will likely use my kitchen table for an easel (with something underneath) as I don't have an easel. I have been looking forward to receiving this and it didn't disappoint! I can't wait to get started!

I'm excited to do this paint-by-number.You will have to iron this before you paint it to get the fold creases out of the canvas, but I've done that before and it hasn't been a problem. I will admit to being a little concerned about the amount of paint that this kit came with as I'm not sure it's going to be enough. The little containers look smaller than others I have used and in certain colors, I would have expected to see two or three with the same number to make sure there is enough paint but this one only had one color with two. It comes with a print-out number guide, paints, and three basic brushes. The brushes come in three sizes, a flat 1/4", and two fine round brushes. So, we'll see how it goes when I get to it in a couple of months, if I run into issues I will update this review.

I got this for my wife to paint for our office. It is a piece of canvas with the design printed on it. We are going to stretch it on a stretcher before painting it to keep the design straight. She has finished some of these before and always paints around the edge so that we don't need a frame. The printing on the canvas is light gray and very clear, however, if you can't read the numbers on the canvas, they have included a piece of paper with the design and numbers on it. The paints look like high quality and should be enough to cover the entire design. Also included were 3 paint brushes of various sizes and a tiny picture of the finished product. And also, some hanging hardware. Definitely a good choice!
